Great, professional service! They were wonderful to work with and fixed the fabric on the side of my car door. In addition, my heated seat was not working...the dealership wanted $1,000 to DIAGNOSE the problem. Dr. Vinyl diagnosed and FIXED for about $200. Highly recommend!

I called Dr Vinyl requesting service. They asked me to take photos of the body damage and send them via text. They gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment to have the repairs completed based on my schedule. They performed the work and my car was ready for pickup on schedule. I am totally satisfied with the work they performed. Dr. Vinyl provided excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Vinyl to handle your auto body repairs.

They came pretty quickly and did a great job! The tech that did was work was friendly and happy! We had a VW Jetta leather seat repaired- which wasn’t cheap in my opinion but I feel like they gave great product and service for the cost. And the color is spot on which I found important!

Like other reviewer stated, they did not arrive on time for my scheduled appt, kept me waiting without even a phone call. The person who does the initial quote is not at all representative of the actual workers who come out to do the work. Lets just say, night and day. Work was very poorly executed and lazy.

Steve is a master of his craft hands down best body repair job I have had done for the best price by far was quoted 1500 from everywhere else he did it for 300 and did a top notch job

Tried this company for some work at our business. Very unprofessional and they did not finish the job. They also misrepresented the work they could do and were difficult and argumentative when they did not get their way. Beware.

Very disappointed—had an appointment between 2-3–I called at 3:30 as no one showed up and left a message—no one called back. Courtesy dictates a phone call if you can’t make it—they would expect the customer to call to cancel. Spent my entire afternoon off sitting and waiting for no reason. All I ask for is a courtesy phone call.
