I cant say enough about Affinity Computers! Corey was awesome and fixed my phone on his own time. The staff is professional, courteous and affordable! I needed my phone that very day and he was kind enough to stay late and fix it making sure that I had my phone back that evening. Although they didnt have the part in the store, I was able to go purchase the part at Batteries Plus and he replaced it for me at no cost. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs to have a screen replaced. Although my experience is probably unique in that he took the time to fix it understanding that my situation was urgent in that I needed to have my phone THAT day. I would still recommend this location to anyone who is looking for their phone or computers to be repaired. Even Verizon recommended them to me when I asked where I should take it. Thank you Corey and John (the owner) for providing such amazing customer service!

Awesome customer service! My toddler has wreaked havoc on my iPhone 5 and each time they were able to fix my phone. Ive visited this location twice and each time has been a pleasant experience. The last time I was there I overheard the staff telling another customer about an antivirus plan for laptops/computers that I plan on exploring. I will definitely use this location for future electronic debacles. :-)

I have been to Affinity Computers for several problems lately on different devices. My iPhone(s) were fixed in a couple of hours as the screen had to be replace on one and the charging port had to be replace on another. The techs are the best around and very reasonable. Best tech service south of Atlanta for sure!

I went to the Fayetteville store today, 2/15/16, and was pleasantly surprised with the timely and excellent service I received by (Jacob) who was manning the store. He listened intently to the fixes I had tried prior before engaging his help. Very quickly and creatively he came up with a solution to get my problem resolved. I highly recommend (Jacob). Our home computer had several large viruses. Infinity removed all bugs and our computer hasnt operated this quickly in quite a while. The only complaint is the turn time, 5 business days. If the turn time was quicker they would rate a 5 star. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable; however, it appears theyve had trouble with bad repair work in the past because they require customers to sign an extensive terms & conditions document relieving them of responsibility for messing up your phone.The repair work was Okay. Paid $150+ to replace iPhone 6 screen, and less than a week after the repair, the LCD began going dark randomly. Now, the digitizer is malfunctioning, and Im unable to touch parts of my screen properly. In retrospect, I wish I had paid less $ and bought my own repair kit. Not worth the money. I could have repaired it better myself.

Corey has saved my life twice now; my iPhone 5 had been run over by a car during a storm and he managed to repair it, a few months later it suffered yet another shattered screen and again he fixed it! I am so beyond satisfied and will definitely recommend Affinity to anyone interested in electronic repair! Thanks again Corey!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the work of this company. I had dropped and shattered the screen on my iPhone 5S and I went to this company to have my screen replaced. Four days later, while my phone was on a table, a crack developed across the whole screen. I did return to Affinity Computer and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $65 to have the screen replaced again. I feel that something must have been defective with the installation of the first screen to result in the screen cracking again without any further impact to the phone. I feel that this company does not stand behind the work that is performed at this location and I would not recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of them!

I thought my Macbook Pro was dying after twice giving it to the genius at Apple store but Affinity brought it back to life. So if youre having serious problems, you might want to bring your hardware to Affinity rather than the manufacturer. Special thanks to John and Sam for the great service.

Well affinity is garbage, I tried to get the charging port replaced on my 5s and they cant do it till next week. I leave out of town on monday and need to have my phone (email, contacts, messengers) I tried to buy the part from them to do it myself and boss said he would sell most parts for clients to do themselves, but wont sell me that one.

My wife dropped her iPhone and shattered the screen. I found Affinity through a google search for Iphone screen repair. They were amazingly fast and had the phone back to me within 1/2 hour. It was a flawless job and the owner himself did the work. Honestly, I had not expected to get such amazing customer service in Newnan, but I was delighted to actually receive it. The best part? Affinity was about 1/2 the cost of the only other people in Newnan who advertise for iPhone repair. Im going to take them my kids cracked iPad 2 screen later this week for another repair.. What better compliment can I give than a return visit.

This place is awful. The first time that I dropped my phone it cracked. It was less then 2 feet off the ground and also the phone has a white dot in the top right corner of my screen. My phone glitches so much and just randomly blacks out then turns back on. This place sucks.

WONDERFUL!. . My 5 years broke my laptop screen took my laptop to Affinity Computer to on Monday get a price, and had it back by Thursday not to mention they had the BEST IN TOWN!. . .
