I love Tidal Wave car wash! The staff is friendly, and the automatic car wash does a great job. I signed up for a monthly plan and go whenever I need a wash. I like the fact that besides free vacuums they have carts with a supply of clean towels and spay cleaner to use after the auto wash. It helps me keep my vehicle super clean!

I took my vehicle and paid the top detailing package they had available. The front still had bugs and dirt as if nothing was cleaned off. The interior looked as if they only vacuumed and not a single cloth was wiped on the interiors. If they couldn’t provide the service I had asked for, the least they could’ve done was inform me and I would’ve taken my vehicle elsewhere.I had to come home and detail the front grill and windows on my own.Pictures included was even after I had already done some cleaning off.

Extremely busy when I went this afternoon, both lanes were 5 cars each awaiting to enter the gates. It was a decent wash, except (either A. the guy quickly brushing my car down, or B. the equipment inside the wash) popped open my gas cover. On my way out, a good samaritan got out of his car to let me know it was open and he closed it for me. As for the place needing an upgrade, I noticed they dont have the big buffing roller at the end when drying, they only have the dryers blowing.

The car wash is great and the staff is always friendly and professional. Just a heads up for the car wash club: if you sign up, its a recurring thing. You arent just buying one month. They could definitely be clearer about this. Its also not abundantly easy to cancel, so buyer beware. Kind of a shady practice in my opinion, but thats not the staffs fault.

I’ve been a customer at this establishment for years. I watched it changer management, staff numerous of times. A month ago, my outside passenger was knocked off my vehicle, and broken. By the car wash. Mind you the guy was supposed to push my mirror in. After I exited the drive thru carwash, then parked to vacuum my vehicle out. I noticed my mirror was missing. After locating my mirror and finally getting some assistance to take a accident report. The employees came jokingly, and finally tooled the report. Then told me I will be contacted in 5 - 7 days. Well here we are a whole month later and still no call, or answer. So with that being said I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I took my vehicle that had been sitting for a few months there to be cleaned. I know it was not going to be a perfect job due to the buildup on the car. But I spoke with a man there before I even had them clean it to ask if it would be something they could do and he said yes. Well after being completed there was quite a bit missed and one side looked as if it barely was touched. I have used this location several times and have been very satisfied with the work. But I have to say this is by far the worst job I’ve had done there. And every time I go there I pay for the highest quality option that offers everything. I can honestly say that I don’t know if I will return. I have other options and locations I can go to. The two gentlemen who cleaned my car included the one who said the job could be done and you can tell he did the work on the driver’s side because there was some improvement but the passenger side showed hardly any change. I am disappointed in the service that I received on this visit and have lost confidence in this Tidal Wave location. I look forward to a response to this comment.

I have a membership at this car wash and the service and pricing is great. Only reason why only 4 stars is they seem to have an issue with the tire shine , last 4 or 5 times I’ve gone it’s either out or not working.

I come to this wash at least once a week. It’s always done in a timely manner and is always cleaned to my satisfaction. I pay monthly on the club plan they offer and it saves me tons of money and would recommend it to many people if you tend to visit often. I always find the towel carts stocked and if they are not, the employees are always quick to restock when notified. This is a great place where the employees are always smiling at the customers and laughing amongst themselves. It’s a blessing to see people having fun doing their job and it brightens my day.

The Staff had good energy and were very helpful. However, the car was itself was very average. I have a mid size SUV. I paid for the most expensive car wash they offer. Thinking my baby would be sparkling clean when I drove off. BOY WAS I WRONG. My vehicle wasnt fully clean and my tires did not get blessed like they should have. They wont recieve my business anymore. Such a disappointment.

I really enjoy the services provided by this company. My car is always moved through the line as quickly as they can get it. They take the time to make sure my car is clean. They are always professional and nice, service with a smile. The vacuums are in working order and the towels are always clean and stocked on the carts as often as they can and never have a problem jumping to do it when asked to restock. I will continue to use this company for as long as it is here

We love this car wash..we dont go anywhere else..the one thing I would like to see improved are some of the vacuum cleaners dont work as strong as they should..

This location started as a great place a few years ago but recently things have gotten very bad. Half the vacuums either dont work or barley work. A few times Ive been stopped and had to wait inside the washing place not moving. And today Ive saw someones car who wasnt even completely rinsed in the attached photos. Do not visit this place it is a low quality waste of money.

Me and my husband have been loyal customers to this car wash for years and have spent thousands of dollars on a membership with them back in Nov 2020 the track malfunctioned which caused my car to  rear end the car in front of me they were not cooperative with my insurance company and stopped responding to me and my insurance company and now Im stuck with 800$ worth of damage to the front of my car that happened on their property and they  will not help. HORRIBLE THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

I was paying for the monthly 39.99 and I was getting anything but a basic wash it seems the buffer never came down and the tire shine would be every where but on the tire

This particular location was littered with trash the day I visited and they were not understaffed. It was unpleasant having to walk around and over trash as I vacuumed my car.

The line was long when I arrived. They got me through in a timely manner and were patient as I chose my wash and serviced me with a smile at every moment. My car came out much cleaner than it went in and the towels in the vacuuming area were clean and the vacuums worked phenomenally. I was pleased with the professionalism and quality of this wash and will definitely use it again.

The membership makes Tidal Wave such a bargain. I come every chance I have to get my car looking like it came straight off the lot! Feels brand new every time I leave there, especially when they clean my interior! It’s just perfect.

Best car Wash in town. Monthly plans are very cost effective. $19 a month, for up to 1 car Wash a day with sticker that computer reads. Just pull up and its paid.

My favorite part of this wash is the microfiber towels. Microfiber towels just make me so happy, and to be able to use them for free... it’s amazing.

This is a busy place! The staff is on point and keep cars moving through the wash. They have a monthly plan which is a great value! Vacuums work great and always clean towels for inside or outside wipe downs after your wash. Garbage cans emptied on the regular. Cant go wrong hete!

Failed to clean bugs off windshield, roller brush for passenger side wasnt working and left half of car dirty, overall it didnt do a good job cleaning car. Kiosk at entrance is pushy and tries to trick you into upgrades.

Great car wash! Pleasant & efficient staff, the young lady did awesome pre-wash! My older model Toyota looks NEW every time, I go 5-6 times/month!! I recommend the monthly plan, cant beat it anywhere!! I took our full-size pick-up to the Sharpsburg location, it ripped a wiper blade off, but those guys were VERY CAREFUL to reattach it. What a great bunch of staff!! My whole family LOVES Tidal Wave!! ❤

This is the worse of all their locations. Went 2-3 weeks ago, again today and my vehicle did not come clean, took some equipment out, drive through mud due to defective parking lot and towels are full of debris and oily from tire shine not coming out during wash. It would be nice if they would do a halfway decent pre-scrub.

Let me start off by saying, this place used to be an okay car wash, but after today, March 30, 2021, I will NOT be returning! I came around 7 oclock pm, 7:17 to be exact (car #759; sale #30758643558), to get my car washed and cleaned out. I paid to have it professionally cleaned out, because I didnt want to do it myself. I pulled around to wait for further instructions and I was told that there was no one present to clean it out and they would issue me a refund. Ok thats fine, but as I was pulling off the car behind me pulled right on in and received service, AFTER I was told that no one was there to do it. Im upset and feeling some type of way, because that was the reason I really came and was denied service, but someone behind me received service. Like I know someone seen me struggling trying to pay, because Im short and couldnt reach the card machine. A worker should have told me then, the cleaning people were done for the night and I wouldnt even have bothered paying for it or looking forward to someone cleaning it out on the inside. No need of responding back to this because I will NOT be coming back. I will just drive a little further south to the Gorilla Car Wash in LaGrange. I know for a fact, someone will be present to clean my car out!

Way better than the tidal wave in peachtree city. Better than rip tide as well. Will be coming here more often.

Zariah was definitely the best of them all! She did her job and made sure I was satisfied. The vacuums cleaned and made my car look almost brand new. Although I was visiting, I will definitely be going back next time I’m in Georgia. Thanks Zariah!

This place is great. I just wish it was in a different location. Driving in and out is awkward. But otherwise, great customer service and powerful cleaners. Make sure to get the 20 dollar one if you want your car dried. I got spoiled from the other car wash place near the YMCA.

They detailed my car and it was very messy. They where able to make my car look brand new in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be coming back again!

The majority of the time, some of the pieces of equipment inside the carwash dont work. The wheel brush sensor needs adjustment; it pushes forward too early, causing damages to the front rims. The suction on most of the vacuums needs to be adjusted. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. If you can, drive the extra 10 minutes to the Tidal Wave in Sharpsburg, you will be more pleased with the quality of the wash and service.

Tidal wave has one of the best self-cleaning vaccums I’ve been to. Would recommend going here!

Decent car wash for the price and the hand drying option ($5) was perfect for the pollen removal wash.

I’m so amazed every time I come here because they just do not stop going. I see the same familiar smiling faces every time I come in and no matter how many cars they are doing they always keep going and my car looks perfect after every visit.The plans are also only 9.99 more than the one time wash, well mine is at least and you couldn’t have more bang for your buck than that.

This is the only place I go to wash my car! Zariah (I apologize if Im spelling that wrong) was extremely helpful and very professional. I feel like this is the only place where vacuums actually work, and not just work, but work well.

The staff is good, but my car looks terrible. I had to use their towels and spray to wash the bottom half of my car. The tire wax is literally all over my car, sprayed inconsistently around the actual tire. I will have to go somewhere else to get it properly washed.

The experience here was amazing quick and fast and the vacuums they provide are one of the best i’ve ever used at any car wash.

I used their car wash for the first time on 2/10/2021. The car wash ripped my wiper arms off and dented and scratched my hood. Now all they want to do is give me coupons for more car washes so it can do more damage. They claim they are not responsible because my truck is over ten years old. My truck is like a new vehicle not a piece of junk. I would suggest never deal with these people, they are rip offs that dont care about their customers. Also the lady behind me had her rear wiper ripped out when she went through. All I can say is they are out for is themselves. They have not heard the last of me.It was the Sharpsburg address not the Newnan address. Still have not heard from them . As of 3/02/2021 still no word. Looks like I am going to have to turn it over to my insurance company and let them handle it. I HAD TO BUY new wiper arms and wipers before I could drive it with all the rain we have been having.

I went to have my car washed yesterday because where I go was closed and I didnt want to wait until next week. I shouldve just waited. This was my first and last time going to this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. I paid $20 for a carwash I wanted to get the inside done but that was an additional $20. My car is not that dirty inside and I had just vacuumed it out myself the day before so I passed on the inside. When I looked at my car it still had dirty on it in spots. So wax was put on my car on top of dirty. I paid $20 to have my car partially washed. And they wanted $40 to clean the outside and inside. When I pay less than that to have my car cleaned inside and out and its handwashed not machine washed.

Its a bit pricey especially for interior cleaning. I have tried the Unlimited Plan which may be a good deal, for a family carpool car parked outside, but for those of us on a fixed income that have garages and are not transporting children , it is a high price. The pricing program at Mr Clean is much better for us.

I was in line and let me tell you it was long but not only did they try to get us through in a timely manner they were professional about it and even apologized to me about the wait..I told them it wasn’t necessary because I had decided to wait because it’s worth is!! Love the people love everyone they took the time to get the bugs and dirt. I love this place and recommend it to everyone

I gave two stars because the car wash was really good for the price. The vacuum area only had a few working vacuums and the ones that worked had overflowing trash cans. We had to park three different times to find a decent working vacuum. The parking lot was super dirty and doesn’t get swept up and so was the tree line from the employees not cleaning the parking lot. It also felt rushed when choosing which car wash we wanted to purchase because the employee huffed and puffed when we pulled up. I definitely don’t recommend this car wash.

The people are great and always bring me a smile 😊. Definitely reccomend 👍👍

Update: 21 Sep 2020.So, brought my other car in expecting another fantastic experience; however, not to be. It was fairly crowded, therefore the limited cleaning supplies were in high demand, and the stalls were almost filled to the brim. I had to move my car twice because not all the vacuums work properly or were defective. Management should always keep the place well maintained if it desires a solid customer base that through word of mouth will bring new customers in. Also, offering unlimited washes at a low introductory price is good, but for how long if customers become disappointed with the total package.Best $10 car wash Ive seen in quite a while. In fact I was told that I could get a months worth of car washes for basically the same price ($9.99). After the car wash I drove to a stall where they provided free vacuums, and nearby they also provided windex and rags. Fantastic deal!

Tidal Wave did a great job cleaning my car. The wheels were filthy and they sprayed them down extra with cleaning solution and they came out perfect. After the wash they towel dried the whole vehicle to make sure of no water spots and just a beautidul shine remained.

They came out and told me to take down my cell phone Antenna so it would not breakLove the fact they have employees that care ans show respect

I have had the club membership for 5+ years with this franchise. I’ve used their other locations in Sharpsburg, McDonough, Thomaston. But this location is the worst of them all. When they do have drying towels available they are always filled with debris and if I sort through them to find one to use they actually call you out on it and tell you to not go through them. I’m sorry I just washed my car why would I wipe down my car with a towel filled with grass and other debris? . Secondly I have on several occasions been there later in the evening and the carts were empty with no towels and when asked to get one I have been told it was close to closing time so they aren’t putting anymore towels out for use. I cancelled my membership yesterday and wasn’t even asked by the associate why I was canceling. I’ve worked in customer service most of my career path and I always inquire if someone is wanting to leave the business where I work. Just very poor customer service and poor quality service. I am a native of Thomaston that has one of the original franchises.

Lots of smiling faces. Always see the same workers busting their tails. It’s great to see the work ethic and how even when the line is out to the highway I get thru quick. Not often you see a group of people display so much effort. Lots of young people who seem to be highly motivated.

I use this business quite often for my cars. Its getting worse and worse. The staff is great but i dont kniw if your machines need adjusting or what. I paid $15 this morning and i cant even tell my truck was washed..also the tenant said some pressure washer was diwn. Get it fixed shiuldnt have to pay full price if something us not working correctly

Just got my car cleaned and detailed. $45. I usually tip the guys detailing the inside an extra $20. By far the worst job they’ve ever done. I’ve be getting my car washed here for years. Severely disappointed. Went across the street to target and bought some products to finish their job.

Another bad day at the Tidal Wave. Left a truck in the detail bay, holding everyone up while cars pulled into the second bay, and left. Finally got out of the car to see what the hold up was and you are not going to believe it....the people in the truck went to lunch! Employees were clueless on handling the detail bay! Will not go back!

Equipment is old. Dosent wash very good. Over priced. $20 wash is same as $10 . Vacuum dont work, hoses broken. Your lucky if you get a dirty towel on the carts. It getting worse week by week. I pay monthly but going to stop and find different car wash

Me pre wash was half done when I want to take it back through again I couldnt because they said I just wrnt through and its one per day. I have had others and if it is not clean I can run it through again but not not Tidal Wave bad business when they say unlimited

Buffer is broke half the time all kinds of people vacuuming the cars for extended periods of time cant really get to it to clean your car an dont have nothing in the bed of your truck or it doesnt work good the drying of ur vehicle is rushed so when you paid 20 or 25 for a wash you only get half you pay for an you need to dry your vehicle or it will be spotted up

I take my car to get cleaned there several times a week because I park under a tree. I think birds just aim for my car. As a club member with the monthly plan this pays off. The guys in the bay always do a great job of vacuuming and wiping down the inside and outside. Highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa.

I have visited this location several times and unfortunately encountered an extremely rude employee by the name of Andrea.I want to be a fan of The Wave, but this employee makes me want to wave bye and find another location. The amenities are great: the car wash, the vaccum area, etc. However, employees are the face of the company. When you have a great attitude, it encourages people to come back. She is currently the face for customers and potential customers. If you can get past her attitude, go there, if youre having a bad day already, go somewhere else. Trust me on this.

Nice results in terms of car cleanliness. Do not get the tire shine. No matter how much you wipe it down it will end up down the side of your car by the end of the day.

The self vacuum area is great..I do wish other customers wouldn’t steal the bottles or try to suck up socks and masks with the vacuums...but the employees were great when I asked them to help with the vacuums and bring more towels out. The employees don’t get enough credit!!

This is my absolute favorite of all car washes I’ve tried out. I’ve been a member here now for approximately six (6) months, and I plan on continuing to be as Long as I have a job and a vehicle. I definitely recommend the monthly membership, which is only twenty nine dollars ($29) a month and you can get your car washed as many times as you want a month. Great deal, can’t go wrong with this membership because it’s cheap, great looking car wash, friendly staff, and overall great service. Good luck, and I hope to see you on my next visit. 👇🏻💯❤️

Today My car mirror got broken on my driver side.. My window shield wipers got broken didnt fix it. I use to love this car wash now I begin to hate it. They beating my car up. Now on am washing my own car!
