Wonderful staff! Sometimes my veins dont work well but the phlebotomist is always patient & trying their best!

I always have a good experience at this location. Lisa is always great! She has a good team with Guya and Michael. I bought my 5 yr old son and 2 yr daughter for blood work this morning. The team was so kind to us and they worked well as a team. Thank you!!

Went in for an employment drug screen, which is at specific times only. When I walked in I saw these new machines to check yourself in. I hate that. I dont want to be touching a screen that everyone else has been touching all day with covid going around. The alcohol wipes were not even replenished for me to wipe the electronics down. I asked the woman Guya if there was another way to check me in, She was short and rude. She answered me with a depressed monotone voice and couldnt even give me any eye contact. Listen lab Corp, I dont want my life to be managed by all this technology. I should have an option of working with a Human and that human should have a semi-decent attitude when working . Especially in health care and specifically when doing blood work and such, these tests can be nerve wracking and being a little nice wouldnt kill you and it would make it less stressful for the patient.

Always clean, pleasant and quick. Never a wait.

We came 25 minutes before they closed due to specific instructions from dr for simple blood tests. The lab worker guy was very rude to both me and my fiancé. He said why can’t you come earlier and when he looked at her paper and saw her paper that she needed 2 in a half pages of bloodwork he said “oo Jesus” I never been treated like that from someone who is supposed to be professional in the medical community. I definitely do not recommend this place go to bio reference!

My always positive, routine blood draw was a disappointment today. Michael apparently became frustrated when his first attempt failed. His second attempt was aggressive and careless; not appropriate for this career choice.

Wonderful staff, but they often have only one person working. Therefore, the tech that draws your blood is also the person checking you in and logging the prescription info into the computer. Its an awful system! Hire a receptionist/secretary to log patients in. There should NEVER be only one person staffing the whole clinic.
