Process - they followed up an email and reminded me of additional documents that was needed.. I greatly appreciate it the process. Papers were served in a timely fashion.Payment - opted for the $100 fee but there was an additional fee. I didnt understand at first but it was explained to me so the cost was $100 plus the $30 additional fee. You quickly straightened it out.Original document delivery - as of this note I just sent them my address for them to mail the original documents to. Im sure Ill be receiving them shortly and in a timely fashion.Overall good job.

Im a notary and they charged my client $265 for her to received a mobile notary for her already prepared power of attorney documents that she had in possession for her terminally ill father. They made her pay this fee JUST to find a mobile notary come notarize her docs. This place is ridiculous and shouldnt be used. They made her pay a fee just to Google a mobile notary nearby.
