Boris might be a nice guy but charging $85 for a battery replacement on a women’s Cartier watch which took all of 8 minutes to do is outrageous. Shame on me for not asking the price ahead of time. Be carful what you ask for. 👎

The original ring size was a 7 but my finger is a size 5.I called several other places to no avail. I came in last week to get a few links removed from my Movado watch and to get a size 7 ring resized to 5 3/4. He was able to resize my watch for me in less than 5 minutes! Of course for resizing rings, that takes time, but he was finished in less than a week and it came out so perfect and fits so well! On top of that, he has extremely reasonable and affordable pricing. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Seriously will trust him for all of my jewelry/watch needs in the future and highly recommend his services to everyone!

Waste of time for minor repairs. A cheap pendant chain had broken (costs $5 for 10 online) and just wanted a quick replacement. Idiot wanted to charge me $10 to fix 50¢ chain!Probably fine for larger repairs, but lacks basic sense or concern.

Went in for a battery replacement, and ended up getting over-charged for poor service.The guy tried to convince me the battery was $22, but when I looked it up online it was closer to $5.After swapping the battery (fairly quickly), he struggled to put on the watch band, and eventually gave me the watch back in a half-finished state. I tested the band after getting out of the store and it came out pretty easily. When I went back in, the guy struggled for 10 more minutes and then gave up and said he couldnt help me!I asked to borrow his tools and finished the job myself, and the band is back in perfectly.I dont recommend this place.
