Huge line up but worth the wait!

1. Many of their executive assistants are rude and disrespectful. I have too many stories to count. The energy must come from higher up.2. Servcorp arbitrarily changes/raises fees. I wont be surprised if breathing will become a fee.3. I cancelled with proper notice and they charged me anyway. They agreed to refund, but never did. Eventually just started to ignore me. I had to chargeback with Amex who recovered my money.4. Yes, its a beautiful space, and prestigious.

One of the worst experiences in my professional career. Servcorp is managed by people with extremely poor ethics and customer service. We rented an office at World Trade Center and dealt with issues from day 1. The onsite manager is a joke, she never responds to phone calls and will give you the courtesy of speaking with you about any problems. I tried to reach her boss to complain and was told she didn’t report to anyone! Unreal!!

Wonderful place with special lighting made us feel happy and cheerful. We loved the lift ride and the cafe at the rooftop. 😊

Really bad support, and they are very tricky when it comes to charges and invoicing. They avoid your calls and dont respond to your emails, they lack of a serious and real management.

Didnt like the co-working space which was pretty cramped up into a room. Also wireless network keeps dropping frequently.
