I think the experience is shaped by your experience. Kforce obviously cant supply jobs to everyone. But if you have the right experience and are actually qualified theyre a great help. If you have a large gap in work history or where fired recently that does play heavily into the recruitment process.

DC Office: I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin and we began to work together. Things were looking positive as they set me up with 2 phone interviews with hiring managers. I like that they send detailed information about the role and even tips on how to have a successful interview. However, I was speifically told that one of the 2 hiring managers wanted me in for a second round interview, well that was over a month ago and still nothing. I saw that the company posted the vacancy on their website in recent weeks and brought it to my recruiter’s attention. The recruiter seemed to be taken a back. Finally I look again and I see the role was removed and must’ve been filled. I never obtained a job through a recruiter before but figured I would give it a shot since I am relocating and I thought that it would make my search easier. Unfortunately it has done the opposite, a I completely wasted my time preparing for a second round interview that I never received. How unprofessional and unreliable this recruiting company is. To this day the recruiter never explained. I’ll continue look elsewhere as I have no choice. Not recommended.UPDATE: You can clearly see the ethics of a company when the representative of the company sends people to leave 5 star reviews after a couple of negative reviews but never responds to the negative reviews to offer apologies or assistance. So petty and unprofessional. Also another note K Force does not work with applicants that need visa sponsorship even though their website says otherwise.

Related incidents- 3/28/18, 7:34 PM & 5/31/18, 7:10 PMto Ray Ramos, KForce Staffing AgencyI called you today asking if you could call me regarding a request I had today from Christine in Procurement; she asked me if I could assist the legal with filing. The words were Katherine has filing could you help her. Katherine was in an office meeting with someone so I didnt get a chance to communicate with her. This is the issue I have with this request; approx. 3 months ago I was sitting at my desk with my back turned and Michael Smilow the Assoc. General Counsel (Katherines boss), reached onto my desk without a word and pulled one sheet of paper off of a post it note that was close to me on my desk. It startled me compromising my personal space. Ive never spoken to him and nor he to me since Ive been there. It made me feel uncomfortable. I turned around to him and said, you could have at least asked. He was on the cell phone at that time and had come out of the office that was next to his when this incident occurred. He kept talking on the cell phone put the paper on the filing cabinet behind me wrote something down and proceeded into his office. He has never apologized nor said anything about this incident to me.I wanted to report 3 incidents that occurred at this new location. Last week I was in the cubicle Im utilizing (the cubicle is relatively small) I dont know whether this girl is an employee, temp or a subcontractor working at Related (her name is Jessica, not sure what her last name is. She sits in the third cubicle in the same row down from me. Jessica came into the cubicle started pulling open the desk drawers, pulling the waste can out from under the desk stating she was looking for a camera. This girl has never spoken to me, left the cubicle didnt place the waste can back. The second incident happened yesterday. She was speaking to Tom Cyganovich the Regional Manager in charge of our group outside of my cubicle in regards to manual binding; all of a sudden she charged in behind me (scaring me) and went to the binding machine that was in a corner in my cubicle -- she never said excuse me and was speaking to him behind me as if I wasnt there. He stood on the outside of my cubicle acknowledging what she said and then left as she did. He said nothing to me as well.I said allowed Im going to talk to this girl, latter on in the afternoon I went to her cubicle and asked if I could speak with her and I said, you know when you come into my cubicle you could at least ask before you entered; you scared me when you came in their today; that would be the courteous thing to do. She said, ok.Today, I came to the desk of (Neomi) one of the lead women who is suppose to be training me, she was on the phone I waited because I wanted to ask her where you get the office supplies -- I needed correction tape. She never acknowledged me so I went back to my desk and sent her an email asking her the question. In the meantime, one of the other women who is training me walked past my desk heading to the kitchen I asked her (her name is Olivier); she said you can go to Jessicas cubicle and look in the set of drawers on the right side. These drawers are across from her desk (Jessica has the largest cubicle). When I opened one of the drawers she turned around (at her desk where she was sitting and said, what are you looking for? I said, correction tape. She said, you should ask before you open someones drawer; I said, Olivier told me to come here to look in the drawer I would never just walk into someones cubicle and open their drawer. It would be unprofessional. She opened one of her desk drawer and said I dont have any. I said, thanks. I also told Jessica Ive had enough Im going to speak to someone about this.I then asked Mary who sits next to me and she said you would have to go up to the 10th flr. and to ignore her. I went back to my desk and emailed Richard Smith the Regional Director.

This company is extremely unprofessional and I truelly feel I was discriminated against. Their Recruiting Director Gina Burns did a horrible job of helping me with work. I applied for a A/R Manager role on their Linkedin job posting(By the way, I have over 10 years of A/R Manager experience working at A&E Television, Blink Fitness, and Bank of America. Just to name a few with good references to back up my academic credentials). Aside from that, I have great experience using Saleforce, Great Plains, Netsuites, SAP, and Quickbooks. Basically I am probably one of the best candidates you could hire!!!!!!! and my linkedin speaks for itself as I have my superivsors writing me great reviews.Their Recruiting Director have the nerve to tell me i didnt have extensive A/R manager experience, yet I worked for 100M > greater companies over a 10 year span! I was furious! Then she made this lame excuse that they wouldnt consider people who live in NJ. If thats the case, why wouldnt you expiclity put that in your job description. I will be filing a complain with the Department of Labor in New York DO NOT WORK WITH KFORCE. they discriminate against people and they ARE biased towards people! My advice to senior management.Learn to identify a good candidate when you see one. Its embarassing I had to blind cardbon copy all my bosses(and trust me my network is HUGE) so they know NEVER to work with you again!

When I first started at KForce, I truly was pleased with my recruiters, Santhiago DeVicente and Pearl Watson. Honestly, I felt comfortable and I trusted my recruiter more than the recruiter who I am assigned to since Santhiago was promoted to another firm. I would truly appreciate if a Director can reach out to me.

A lot of the reviews are posted to the New York office page that arent even applicable to them. I cant speak for all of Kforce but I can speak for the New York staff. Theyve been nothing but helpful in my job search.
