Great tool - in theory, but poorly implemented. Client Support is terrible - whenever we needed their assistance they werent able to provide acceptable solutions or answers. The assessments they run are inconsistent (i.e Network Security scan is not reporting any vulnerabilities, while the Patching Cadence detects multiple High or Medium risks - for same population of IPs). Although the Patching Cadence does a better job identifying services that are vulnerable, it is plagued by some other problems: this scan only occurs once in three months (!!) - defying the cadence measurement purpose, and its scoring is based on exceptions rather then statistical analysis and historical behavior. In one instance, we had ONE of our IPs flagged as running an unpatched service, and this singularity triggered an instant drop from the A grade to a B grade. This may have had sense if that my company had 10 active IPs in total, but we have close to 1000 IPs (all healthy, but one black sheep...). We explained why that deviation has happened, but their support mangers arbitrarily decided the 0.001% deviation fully justifies the B grade. No real explanation was provided with regards to the metric that caused this aberrant. Subsequent observations, we realized multiple scores and assessments are misleading / not to be trusted.- we are extremely disappointed with this service provider
