There is a room where you can sit peacefully and quietly without having to deal with the noise outside the room. This room is very useful whenever you are very busy deciding to choose which Apple Products your planning to buy and which mobile carriers to choose. Its also a very useful room when it comes to having to wait for an appointment, theres a seat where you can sit and wait for either an Apple appointment or a Product Pick up. I would say, this room is mostly useful for product pickups! Apple 5th Avenue has done a lot of major improvements over the last few years since 2020!

OMG! Definitely the coolest apple store I’ve been to! Firstly, this apple store is located in a central location —near Central Park and Saks fifth ave. Secondly, they are so fast and efficient. I would recommend to order the product before you come , and then pick it up. It’s the easiest option. Thirdly, it’s huge! It was so pleasant to walk in a place that isn’t overcrowded. Will be back!

First of all, this Apple store is definitely one of the biggest and the most iconic one no doubt. However, if you are not a tourist, I recommend do not come here for service. Buying should be ok, you buy it and then leave pretty soon. But for service you normally need to wait for at least 30mins or longer when you have bigger problems .There are constantly tourists coming in. Some people just sitting there, hanging out. It’s sort of crazy. You try to solve problem, but there are around you everywhere. And some staff at this store are not well-trained. Just my personal experience.

I went there and the guys upstairs were so attentive and helped me with booking a shopping session.Later that day I went on my appointment and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Daniel assisted me throughout my entire session and he’s so nice, extremely professional and super kind.The place is worth visiting.

Line took a bit for my preorder but I am always impressed with the staff and their courtesy.

This is one of the coolest Apples ive been too! You walk inside a huge glass cube and then walk down some stairs that reflect everything into a massive underground Apple Store. Its really trippy but cool to experience. The staff there is also very welcoming and helpful with your needs.

The Apple Store is like trying to get into a government building. There are so many checkpoints you have to go through before you can even enter the store. Which I do appreciate. When you arrive you tell the person why you’re there purchase, repair, etc. than they’ll direct you to someone else which will than take your temperature. You’re then allowed to proceed and tell the next person why you’re there and than you’ll either have a short wait or they’ll tell you you can proceed to enter the store. Once you get down the stairs you than tell them why you’re there again and tell lead you to a designated area where you will wait for the staff to come assist you. I had my own bag for my product but I believe apple is now charging .15 cents for bags. I love there are only a certain amount of people allowed to come in at a time. The store isn’t as loud and chaotic like it usually is pre COVID. I could actually hear the staff member talking to me and it’s just a calming environment now. When you exit the store they use a separate exit so you won’t go out the way you came in. The restrooms are clean. There is hand sanitizer all throughout the store and the staff use wipes to wipe off your device before servicing it. There are also staff members cleaning the store also.

Beautiful location of course.We visited late one evening after dinner in the city and needed to walk off the extra calories.I love walking down the winding staircase that is both industrial and elegant at the same time.Of course the layout is very modern but the touches of live trees surrounding the base of the staircase adds a flair of romanticism..Appointment was made and 20 minutes later we were able to interact with a very pleasant young gentleman.We were able to achieve a swift purchase and was in our way in time.Overall experience was clean, easy very spiritual with a sense of calm.

This is one of the best Apple places to shop at. Apple at Fifth Ave is a majestic beauty to look at. Just by arriving outside, you can see the cube-shaped glasses with the Apple logo in the middle. When you enter the place, you get to walk down the stairs that are spiral and are very beautiful. The basement is filled with Apple products and employees that are happy and willing to help out. Wait time is a little problem but other then that service is very good.

Very bad costumer service , I was there for 3 and half hour , the person who was assigned to me was not helpful at all and he didn’t help me resolve my issue with my I phone and he didn’t put back the SIM card on my phone and didn’t bother to send me an email after I was done to rate him, and I am expecting a phone call from him to apologize for not giving me back my SIM card. I need Apple to review their policies and also to provide with the best costumer service that Apple consumers deserve . The costumer service on the phone is much better than in the store . I fell that this happens due to the lack of good management

I visited this yesterday November 18,2020. Their service is amazing. I totally like it. They dont allow anybody in without an appointment or reservation. If you go with a group, you are not allowed to split up, if have to stay with your group all the time. The store views are just breath taking. See by yourself, i just was able to capture only a part of it.

Worst customer support, they made me wait for an hour on the phone. They got my name and number wrong, lied to me that they made an appointment, and now here I am, waiting in line with an estimate of more than 3 hours of wait time..Please update your phone equipment! Apple 5th Avenue is a fantastic store. The architecture is distinctive, the location is fantastic, and the fact that theyre open 24/7 is phenomenally convenient. Not to mention obviously all the good apple store basics to boast. I have yet to visit a ton of these very unique Ape stores, but from what Ive seen of the others, this one particularly stands out. If youre buying an Apple Product, Id say do it from there.

I pay for AppleCare+. My phone’s screen cracked. Made an appointment for the Genius Bar. They did an assessment the phone. Told me to pick up phone in an hour. Phone was ready in 40 mins. Paid $29 for the deductible. First insurance worth paying for.

Beautiful architecture and wonderfully bright! Walk into the glass cube and either take the elevator or take the spiral staircase down to enter the world of Apple. I love taking out of town friends and guests there for a late night trip to the city since it’s 24 hrs!

I came into the store to pick up an iPad order I had made online but they didnt have it in stock. I had also gotten an apple pencil and earbuds to go with it (which were in stock), but it didnt make much sense to just get those without the iPad. The employee helping me said she would cancel the rest of my order, but when I looked at my card statement a few days later, the charge was still there. After logging into my apple account, I found that the canceled order was still listed as ready for pickup! Luckily I caught this in time and canceled the order myself.My experience at this store also just wasnt good. I was ignored for almost 20 minutes before I was helped. And when I was helped, I wasnt treated like a paying customer. I was also told that all ipad airs were not available for pickup anywhere in Manhattan (in every color). However, when I looked it up myself, I found one at another store not too far away. I just went to the other store and had a much better experience. Shoutout to Apple on West 14th Street! They have much better customer service than the fifth avenue store and it is less crowded in general.

Wow! This was the first time I ever visited apple store, everything was amazing especially staff behaviour, they guide you even if you are their not for buying in addition product placement is wonderful. I really liked iPhone mini it’s a cute one and new MAC AIO with M1, nice and sleek design.

Unorganized and not all sale reps are knowledgeable about apple products and services - which means incompetent at their job to me.Genius bar technicians are quick hence the stars on the review.It seems like there isnt an organized way of sharing and searching for product knowledge among team members.Took 45 minutes to let me know that I could not pay with apple store credit for a product in store (theyre allowed for online only). 3rd store rep had to ask a manager for this simple payment info. Nobody took time to even tell us what we were waiting for!Learned that itll take 2 hours to pick up a product in store, even if youre already in store.

I dont particularly like Apple as a company (for personal reasons but my wife made me go in), though the engineering and design of the store was remarkably well done. Lots of hidden design features that many engineers and architects would enjoy seeing. The staff were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were helped by Jeremiah, who did an outstanding job assisting us.

Visited here today to trade in my laptop and purchase a new one. Pele was so kind and helpful. He made the whole process smooth and fast. The employees at this location are so much friendlier and helpful than the other Apple Stores in NYC.

The newly refurbished Apple store and the nicest and trendiest I’ve ever seen is worth visiting when in NYC. It is crowded with too many people just trying to squeeze in to take photos. The staffs are friendly though you got to wait in long queue. It is worth being here and admiring the architecture and awesome store which is always open. The interiors is a wow! So neat and clean but always jam packed. I highly recommend when visiting NYC, it is located on 5 Ave and near Central Park.

Many Apple stores lost their taste in customer service. You walk into a store, you’re given an attitude, reps try to avoid getting you into the store. However, this store is out of this world, the reps and just everyone are nothing short of exceptional. Keep up the good work guys!

The best apple store I’ve ever been to. It’s just amazing. Just make sure to make a reservation if you are planning to buy something that just came out, because they probably won’t have a large stock. However, you can still just visit the store and you won’t have problems if you want to buy an old device.

The view in front of the Apple store is a great place to take the iconic picture in nyc with the Empire State building sticking in the back ground. All the stores are as big as they want, some are 3-4 stories tall with so much verity.

The Apple on Fifth was really a wonderful experience, probably one of the best Apple stores Ive been to in my opinion. There are employees everywhere who are caring and ready to help you as soon as possible. They have a wide variety of products and purchasing something from there is a breeze. I will be coming back in the future!

This store is located at 767 Fifth Avenue New York City.The first time I heard about this store is when I saw on the magazine and online news at the grand opening of this store, more than a thousand people standing outside the building to attend the opening ceremony.As an Apple product user and lover, I made a wish that someday I will come to visit this store in my own eyes, no matter when.Then 3 years later my dream comes true and I finally could visit this store.It is a big store inside the glass cube with a great style. Theres a row of the table showing all apple products display and all crews are busy helping and talking to the customers.Most of them are very nice, when they meet a new customer they will handle them or if they are busy they will call another staff to help.Nice store, nice crew and for sure nice products.If you Purchase something there above $110 are subject to a 4.5% NYC Sales Tax.

The king of Apple stores! Use the secret side entrances and see the awesome renovations they did. Wireless chargers, tons of trees, acoustically isolated audio test rooms for their homepods and speakers, and of course demos of every product and apple geniuses to help you. Even if you’re not shopping, totally worth the 10 minute stroll around just to see the store!

Great store, opened 24/7, so that is great. And the decorations are beautiful, find the same products as in any other apple store. The only thing is that it is really crowded so people need to go with an appointment schedule, you can ask for the appointment on site but it will still be a 5 hour wait time

A great experience at the Apple store. I took the earliest slot open to get my iPad replaced under AppleCare warranty. I was lucky for my exact model to be in stock and for Kato to be the person helping me. Stellar customer service.

Biggest Apple Store I’ve ever seen. Enter through the glass enclosure on 5th Ave. There are so many staff here it’s easy to get service. We were helped by a knowledgeable and nice staffer who took a lot of time to explain phone model differences even though we are going to buy at another store closer to home (lower taxes).

This is Apple’s flagship store and one of its cooler locations. At any given time I would say half the people here are just using the wifi. Still, if you are in the market for an Apple product this is the place to come. Or maybe just set up your chair outside and be first in line for the newest IPhone release. It can not be that far away.

Wanted to buy an iPhone for my aunt and gave us an appointment for half an hour, then we had to wait another 20 minutes in a spot waiting for a someone to help us. The representatives seemed overwhelmed by the amount of work and people that were there which led to poor costumer service.My aunt speaks Spanish so I had to translate everything when we were setting it up, the representative said she didn’t speak that language so she was more questioning us on what were the options there to translate for her giving us more work and stress to set up the phone.Isn’t the UX of the iPhone the same in every single language?!?? Would’ve been nice if the representative understood the UI of the phone.I asked if there was someone that spoke Spanish but the representative didn’t even bother to ask, she just stayed with us to receive the phone that we had traded in giving us faces of impatience with our questions.It was a terrible experience to buy an iPhone with long wait times and bad costumer service. I would’ve gone somewhere else to get it but had already waited 50minutes to get the phone.This Apple is beautiful but the rest was degrading experience.

Came here for the Christmas lights. They have a few here, and the plaza hotel, 9 w 59th, and Bergdorf are visible from here. Not bad.

Brought in my Macbook pro for repair. The Genius said it would cost roughly $200 but it was actually $800. I asked if I needed to come back with a backup he said no, my issue was hardware not software. Turns out they wiped thousands of dollars worth of work because I needed to be updated to the latest software. Never using apple again.

I just wanted to buy something and instead waited around for half an hour before giving up. This reimagining shopping is so useless. Just needed to buy a replacement case for my airpods, but instead of just putting the things on a shelf like any normal company, I had to ask three different staff members for help, and sit and wait for an appointment for half an hour before leaving. No one would accept this kind of ridiculous time wasting from any company but apple, and this convinces me I should never buy more apple products.

Staff is everything friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. This is my favorite Apple store its so nicely done.

I had my son and nephews over from Los Angeles California. My son is a big fan of APPLE products. He really wanted to see the APPLE store. He was very amazed about the whole facility but what really made this visit special was when an APPLE Expert actually gave us a tour of the place!

The largest apple store I have ever seen and it is an iconic store in Fifth Avenue. The store is very beautiful from inside and all of apple products are available.

I recently bought the iphone 12 pro from this store which is super close to my house, great customer service, the rep really knew all about the device and gave me exceptional advice.

It is near north, Central Park of Fifth Avenue.The shop which has a cute red apple mark. Space always does well fantastically, too.

The Apple Store was very big with 2 floors. The staff was very nice and recommended specific products from Apple. (this would be good for a person who wouldn’t know so much about iPhones, AirPods, etc.) There were a lot of people but the staff ( as I said before) was professional and fast. I can only recommend this store.

They are good but im just disappointed bc one of emplys on apple store by mistake booked my appointment at 5:45am instead of 5:45pm, I understand they hare busy and they have ppl in line but that wasn’t my fault im an costumer who buy product from them a lot so they should have considerate that was their mistake

Fifth Avenue is a wonderful place to take a stroll. For those who like to shop, there are many opportunites. It is so much fun to look at the store windows and see how they are set up. One gets a good idea of some of the styles that are in fashion.A must for every visitor to NYC. Beautiful street and wont disappoint - loads to please the window shoppers as well as the shoppers :-). A must

See the gradual modification of Apple 5th Avenue before and after the 2017 shut down for reconstruction. Its an amazing place with lots of people around for 24hrs. They work digital, you need a queue to get tour appointment if not taken online, you can get one here.

The renovated space is amazing. Lots of helpful and knowledgeable Apple staff around to assist you with anything you need. Free class often going on in the common area there focusing on various features on Apple products. (i.e. iPhone photography)

What an incredible store meeting the challenge to display small product with little product offerings over such a canavourous space. The roaming instructionn classes are very well done. Apple hires well trained intelligent employees.

I needed a $300 apple gift card and called ta set up an appointment ta purchase it. When I got there it reminded me of the old clubs I useta go ta in the early 80s! Crowded but it was spaced out nicely, and theyve got people roaming the floor ta get your name and help you with whatever you need! The only thing missing was the bar, and I was taken care of in 15mins tops! It was very nice and cool too but try ta make an appointment before going!

We need to fix our ipad so we went to the store at 6pm. They gave us an appointment for 945 pm the same day. Great! We arrived in time and checked in. But half an hour later we were still there without any assistance. We complained but Garret said he could erase our appointment and let us free. Finally the fix guy arrived 1030. After a test he said that the device could not be repaired but they could recognize 280 bucks if we leave it and buy a new one. We said yes deal! So he gave us another appointment. At 11 the fourth assistant came and tried to show the options. After 20 mins browsing he said another rep will assist us. The 1130 guy told us that they were sold out but could give us a credit of just 100 bucks for the old ipad! We said that the fix guy said 280! So finally around 12am we got at least our credit after more than 3 hours at the store

They run very late. A rude associate “Tina” (who was not even wearing an identifying tag), arrived almost 1/2 hour after my appointment time.When I asked for a manager - a very annoyed individual “Jeff”, was very eager that I report him to apple.(I think they dont like religious people).

The customer service was very disappointing. A lot of staff just hanging around talking amongst each other but did not care to ask if I needed assistance with anything. Went to the UES location instead and was attended to immediately so I felt happy to purchase there. The level of customer service here is extremely low, needs a full on upgrade like one of the phones.

I was at this location to purchase an iPhone 12 today, Roma (Ron) Kuriyanov was my agent. He was so attentive and excelled at customer service. The reason I said that was because, in general, all staff at this location are super nice and chill; they periodically check up on the customers and make sure all our questions are answered. Today I was waiting for a while to have the latest update installed on the new phone before data could be transferred from my old phone, I guess it was stuck for a while, the other staff checked on me but didnt notice that it had been a while since it was stuck on install. Ron immediately jumped in and grabbed a laptop, some ethernet cables and gave his 100% attention to me to make sure that Id not wait any longer because ethernet and laptop would work way faster than wifi. He also troubleshot a bit, went back and forth and found out that the ethernet cables didnt work on that table. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything. He was also very pleasant to chat with when we were waiting for the data to be transferred. If it hadnt been him noticing, I would probably continue waiting for a lot longer. We exchanged our contact info at the end and I hope that I get to see him again in the future. If you have Ron as your agent for your Apple product, consider yourself lucky!
