I went today to send money and the lady was talking in her phone about her personal life, she didnt even care about me or the business and when i ask her to put attention she had the nerve to say i had a bad attitude, who reclutes that kind of workers, please check the cameras, thats the razon humanity will be replace for machines, horrible experience

Dont patronize this business. They do not support the American trucker. Do your business elsewhere. They can sure cash a welfare check, but when a hard working person comes in with a certified check, nope, cant cash that. Ghetto National Bank.

Nothing works, computers is always frozen, the workers dont speak English, they stand outside rite infront of the door and take smoke breaks this place is unprofessional

Its extremely frustrating rushing to get here before 9 p.m. after work, only to be told that my check could not be verified; try again tomorrow. How are you supposed to know which checks do or dont need to be verified prior to coming to cash it. Travel reimbursement check from a company I volunteered for.

I went there to cash in on a gift card I received. They told me I needed a receipt to cash it in. Who gives and send a receipt when giving someone a gift card.
