I love Journey!!! Been a member for 4 months now. I have had multiple memberships at different big box gyms, Journey blows them all away! I love the true 24 hour access with the key fob, I love how cool and kind the owners and employees are, I love the mix of users (no lug heads but also no doofuses wasting time taking selfies and junk). I would recommend to anyone thinking about a membership, GET ONE!!! Worth every penny!
Been a member since May of this past year. Was looking to join a gym that made me feel comfortable in the current climate. Both Owners made me feel comfortable and confident with both the current climate and conditions of the gym. The gym is super clean and always well maintained. Also the trainers and staff are super friendly. I run a local business and would hire any one of them.
Ill start by saying this gym is awesome! I recently spent some time in New Smyrna Beach and got a guest membership for the week to Journey Fitness so I could continue going to the gym on vacation. The owner, Rich and his family were super nice and made us feel very welcome. He chatted with me every day when I went in and took the time to get to know me. The gym has very nice equipment, all of which is in great shape and the entire gym is very clean and open 24/7. You can tell the owners really care and the gym atmosphere there is great. The members there are also very nice and we made a few friends there during our visit. I will definitely be back the next time Im in Florida. I just returned to my gym at home in NJ today and Im already missing Journey Fitness! I definitely recommend checking this gym out if youre in the New Smyrna Beach area. You can do guest passes for the day, for a week, and for a month. I cant wait to go back there to workout, I wish it was my home gym! Five stars here.

So glad new ownership took over this gym, Rich and staff make it a very positive atmosphere, and the 24 hours with low cost make it one of the neat gyms in nsb. I would recommend picking up some training as well with Rich, down 21 lbs since January and he will never make you do a exercise he does not do himself.
This is one of the best gyms I have trained at. The owners and staff are not only professional but very personable as well. The gym is 24/7 and is always organized and immaculate. If you are looking for personal training look no further. The trainers are knowledgeable and quite enthusiastic. You and your trainer will embark on a journey Together to help you become the best version of yourself. If you so choose to train with Journey Fitness, Andrew is one of their best trainers. He is passionate, professional and knows how to get you the result you desire. All in all when you join Journey Fitness your not just joining another gym. This is by far my favorite gym, I have been to many in my travels over the years. The owners are very knowledgeable professionals with friendly and motivational attitudes, which helps me a great deal because I’m not always feeling at the top of my game. Journey Fitness has very nice up to date equipment and it is kept very clean and in great shape. This was the case even before Covid.These are the main reasons I joined Journey Fitness. Since joining I discovered they have some really nice members and I have made many friends, so I really look forward to going. In closing, I highly recommend it for whatever your fitness desires may be!!

Given the background of living in a global pandemic, I was hesitant to venture out to a new gym.Fortunately I found Journey Fitness in NSB.My initial impression was one of relief; in the sense of relief at how clean the facility is. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in their gym.The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. The variety and quality of the equipment is top notch. I definitely recommend Journey Fitness!

For those who are doubting this gym based off the previous google reviews please take note they’re 4-5 years ago. Dont let the expectations and opinions of other people affect your decisions. There are sanitize stations at each point of the gym. Journey Fitness is accountable when it comes to their sanitation and the members are to hold their accountability to use it. When I get in during the staffed hours, the new owners are absolutely wonderful. They always have great specials going on for memberships as well as an easy peasy cancellation policy. Come by and check it out for yourselves.
Love love love this gym! Spotless, professional and all around excellent gym. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They take a personal vested interest in their clients and make you feel like a member of the family. I especially appreciate the cleanliness. They are constantly cleaning machines and ensuring the safety of their clients. Personally I love the 24 Hour access so that I can work out on my time! Being a woman in my mid 40s this is a gym that I feel comfortable at . The vibe is completely different from those chain, boxed gyms where I often felt uncomfortable. Lots of equipment that enhance my workout experience! Highly recommend.
I have used multiple gyms in the area and this by far is my favorite. It is very clean, not overly packed and the management and trainers are such a pleasure to work with. I have trained with Andrew for almost a year and have found it greatly beneficial.
Great family owned gym! Super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Journey Fitness NSB has great Personal Trainers if you’re looking for extra guidance and motivation. No pressure to lock you into a long term contract. The new owners have done an amazing job since they took over in January. Check them out!

Have been going to this gym for about 5 years now! The owners are awesome, helpful and very friendly. I would say this is the best gym around town in NSB and one of the cleanest, so if you are looking to start working out, this is the place to be! Love how it is 24 hours as well and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Rich and Mary are the best!!

I have been going to this gym since January. The first time my sister and I walked in, we knew this was the one! I have never belonged to a gym before because they were to commercial and I thought you had to be in shape to belong. (At least thats the vibes I got). Well I am 59 years old and just wanted to feel good again and be able to have fun as I grow older! No rocker sitting for me!! Since I have been going here, I feel great, losing weight and inches and have made many new friends. One thing I am most impressed with is the cleanliness of the gym. Never dirty!!! The trainers are knowledgeable and very encouraging about all aspects of your health and well being! I feel very secure at night or anytime by myself. Did I mention its also FUN!!! IM hooked on working out!!!! Thanks everyone at VISION FITNESS!!!! So happy I joined!!!
They make canceling your membership and the charge to your credit card very difficult. I tried calling to cancel and they said I needed to come in person and fill out a form. So I did. No staff was there in the morning and my key no longer worked. I called again and said email me the form, well its not really a form, they said. Just put your desire to cancel in writing and send it to the email on our website. I could not find the email on the website and spent a lot of time looking. This took a couple months as I didnt always remember to chase this gym around. Finally I had my card cancelled. That was the only way I could get them to stop charging me. Ive never done auto pay on my card before and this is exactly why.
Have been here for several years and it only gets better. GREAT family owned gym with a wonderful, positive atmosphere. Love going here.

If you need a protein drink you can hit their bar, or if you need someone to help motivate you off the couch this is the place for your. Weve been going to this gym for over a year. In the beginning it was excellent. However, recently, they seem to be lacking the funds for basic upkeep. The machines are rarely, if ever, sterilized or cleaned and the bathrooms and water fountain always appear dirty. The wrestling mats and stretching mat are always dirty and I have never seen them mop or wipe the wrestling mats down after a class. The staff is great, the gym is accessible and convenient, but I worry that they are not putting in the time to maintain the facility itself.

Great gym loved the equipment. I was going to sign up today but its not staffed on a Wednesday at 11:00 am?The website says theyre staffed from 9:00am-7:00pm is this common or is this a rare occurrence?
The equipment was great, and as were the experiences between two members that I met there. Really cool dudes. With that being said, the facility is a safety hazard, leaving harsh, poisonous chemicals just barely visible covered by a cheap Walmart shower curtain. The employees have no sympathy or care for any of the members that walk through the door, everybody who enters is just a paycheck, and you can sense that vibe after spending more than just a few days there. I do not recommend this gym. It is small, and the employees are unfathomably putrid and non sympathetic to any and all of their members. With that being said, I did however tailgate my girlfriend into this facility, when it is strictly against there policy, im just highly disappointed that the employees dont care about their members like I thought they would. I was never disrespectful, or rude. There are about 55 other gyms in the area, one other gym I tried and liked was, Nautilus by The Sea, wonderful atmosphere, and absolutely outstanding staff members, although the lights are pretty dim and makes me feel like Im in a cave.

I have not even joined this gym yet, but I am already impressed! I called to get information and the woman who answered was polite, helpful, patient, knowledgable, and gave me ample amount of information. I am seeking a 24 hour gym in this area that is the complete opposite of the other 24 hour gym in NSB. I can tell simply by her professionalism over the phone that this gym is where I wanna be!
Cancelling is extremly painful and difficult, as in you get billed for an extra month or two.I loved the space in the beginning, but after the wrestling mats went in, it became too crowded.Too many bodies to use that small of space, then add large men in spandex grunting and flopping around on a mat? Not a pleasant experience.My suggestion? Have a seperate room for wrestlers.Please make cancelling easy, even have a pause feature for membership. Like up to 3 months of a 12 month period.
So its a new year and time for a new me. Or at least that is what I wanted to accomplish. Two of my friends follow your gym on instagram and after looking through your photos and seeing not only my friends but also my sisters realtor went there I decided to follow the page. I was in the middle of typing a message to inquire about pricing/fees and recieved a message saying Leave us alone. Rather strange I thought to myself. Im not surprised now after reading everyone elses bad experiences here on Google. So I will be heading over to that other GYM on Canal St. Good luck and I hope you have a prosperous new year.UPDATE:Owner contacted me! Apparently there was a misunderstanding. Problem solved. Going to go in one day when next week and check it out. Maybe put some of the riff raff to rest.
