This has been my moms and I go to spot for over two years now. Mimi the hairstylist does a great and her prices are affordable, I recommend her 100% to anyone her assistant Maria is also very nice. They do a great job on manicure and pedicure and last a long time.

Used to come here all the time but the latest few times I have gone they have been terrible. No matter who does my nails they’re always uneven and chip quickly. The powder breaks after a week and a half. The gel lifts up. My nails are ruined from going here. I’d avoid. I don’t recommend.

Had my powder gel done yesterday for Halloween, super loved it.

Although the management has changed, I have continued to experience excellent service here. My nails generally last 3-4 weeks. My only slight complaint is that you really need to clear a lot of time in your schedule when coming here.

I got my acrylics done at Diva by Winnie. within one week, 2 or 3 of them popped off, and within the next few days, many of them popped off and were getting loose and i was charged almost 60 for this set, excluding the tip (which i would like to add, she tipped herself 10$ and charged my card, and asked me if it was okay after already doing so). the first time i went to get my nails fixed when the first two broke (also, i wasn’t being rough, these came off when i opened a bag and a door), they wanted me to pay an extra 10$ to get it fixed, i payed 5. why would i pay more if they didn’t do it correct in the first place. when i called them speaking about getting my money back, she said okay and told me to come in. when i went in, she said she never told me that (i had 3 people near me who heard it, and a security camera recording that would’ve proved that she did). instead of giving my money back, she told me my nails broke because they were too long, which they were not.i got my nails done there before, before the new management and I had no problems with them. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service this time. I would give it 0/5 stars if I could.

They do a great job on my gel mani and pedicure

I went to this salon for over a year. The quality was very good. Stacey did my nails and my nails were very well done. However, recently I went in with my daughter, mother and my niece. My mother finished, paid and left my daughter and niece (I had done my nails earlier in the day and was only there for company). After we left, they asked my daughter if she would pay for my mother. Cookie claimed that my mother had not paid. Stacey and Cookie proceeded to speak about my mother in Korean. My daughter insisted my mother had paid and asked why would my grandmother come in and leave without paying, and then finally Cookie approached the woman who had done my mother’s nails who stated in English, “yes she paid”. Then Cookie laughed and said “oh yes she paid.” We have consistently patronized this business for over a year and even on the day that this happened, they received a new patron who asked me if this was a reputable place. I told that customer, yes this was a good place and I didn’t go anywhere else. Now I regret supporting this salon. Will not be returning. Even though they do a good job, how they treat their patrons goes a long way. After a more than a year of taking my money, happily, now I will continue to share this experience with anyone who asks.

I’ve gone a handful of times each time I leave and wonder why do I keep going !!! WHAT EVERYONE is saying about them being rude for tips is 100% true. They basically ask for it before u even get a chance to give one and then look at you funny even after handing them a 5$ tip. Not only this last time I went things were not sanitized Infront Of my face from the previous person. They aren’t taking ANY covid precautions and when I called them out they were sarcastic for the rest of my visit talking about “ see I washed it now “ before using each tool. They also treat there Spanish girls way different then the rest of there workers. I’ve heard them be rude to other costumers worse then me and people stay shut .

Although they did a good job and i was planning to make this place my go to nail spot, i found it very unprofessional when they asked for more tip when i had already gave a good amount of tip. Tip should be willingly given not forced to give! I will not be returning to this place!

A place where you get great professional treatment. A great job done on your waxing, treading, hair style ,makeup and facial. I love this place highly recommend.

I came here 2 days before my graduation and I had asked her for a specific type of nail design and showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails at the end it comes out nowhere near the picture I showed her. My nails broke off a week later.

Nice an clean staff was nice..prices a little high an be ready to wait but you will be satisfied with there work.

I am picky about my Nails, Hair, feet everything!!! I was recommended by a friend to Diva. I have to say the following; CLEAN, NICE AND GREAT WITH SNS POWDER. Price is $25.00 and last 4-6 weeks. Winnie did mine powder, she was focus and shaped my nails very good. CooKie is also wonderful. My feet was done by Ana. She a very sweet woman and did exactly what I wanted. Now all I need is a perfect colorist. I was very pleased with all, I definitely recommend this place.

Got my nails done on Tuesday and two broke on Friday!! Not worth the money. And the manager Cookie is so rude. I gave her $4 as a tip and she said it was “too little”! Last time I checked tips aren’t mandatory and you give what you think they deserve. Asking for more tip is when your nails can’t even last 4 days is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend.
