Were located in Oxford, CT. Last night 2 bears got into our trash cans that were set by the road for morning pickup. I woke up to a mess everywhere, but before I could go out to clean it up All American pulled up for their normal pickup and the crew picked up every bag and piece of trash flung across my yard. This was not their responsibility so I wanted to express my gratitude for doing so. This was the cherry on top of years of reliable, affordable, and consistent service. Thank you!

I highly recommend ALL AMERICAN WASTE who wants a great deal, excellent service, with a personal touch which you dont get it everywhere. AAW has been an incredibly willing and able vendor to our Danbury, CT facility. We deal with several different vendors at our facility and I can attest that All American has been by far one of the easiest Ive ever dealt with. The phrase one call does it all definitely applies here. Their responsiveness with monthly wood-waste removal has been excellent, their weekly normal route pick-ups are always on time, and the drivers are freindly, professional and safety conscious always. Patty O, our account representative, is fantastic. I would very highly recommend them for any form of refuse removal, residential or commercial.

I had my roof done and the roofing company used them for trash pickup. The All American Waste driver backed into my driveway fence and broke it right before my eyes. I called the office and they said they spoke to the driver and he denied it. I sent them pictures and still deneied saying it is impossible which doesnt make sense because he backed up into my driveway fence!! Julian the office worker is very unprofessional. She did not handle the case well. Dissatisfied!!

One of the worst mistakes of my life was signing up with All American Waste. Whatever you do, Please do not use this company for commercial or residential use. Absolutely unbelievably terrible customer service, and outrageous made up charges. Me, and 5 other local business have all discussed what scam artists this company is. Trying to get straight answers, or complete invoices, or explanations of invoices is an absolute nightmare.Beware of BS “contamination” charges, fuel surcharges and weight charges. None of it can be backed up when asked and most are outrageous.Truly one of the worst decisions of mine was to work with these guys it’s extremely sad to see the way they abuse businesses. Before I realized how corrupt they were I ordered a large container for my home and what a nightmare that was!Absolutely 100% would not recommend them. Like I said, me and FIVE other local businesses have all had similar experiences. And that’s just the businesses I spoke to, I am sure there are a lot more commercial and residential accounts that regret using All American Waste.Shame.

I was happy with the service at first when I rented the 30 yard dumpster but now I feel this company is trying to take advantage of me because when the dumpster got picked up it was only filled halfway and only had roof shingles. When dumpster got picked up i asked if thats everything I need to pay and they said I was all set now a month late I received a bill that states my dumpster went over weight and I owe $144?! Dont recommend this company they lie to get your service then bill you extra charges that dont make sense and when confronted I got threaten to be send to collection😡😠

Most Professional trash and recycling service around. I have lived in many different parts of the country and this company is by far the best I have used. They service my house with weekly service and also my business with a comprehensive waste and recycling service. Not to mention they now have CNG trucks definitely walking the talk. I have also used them for roll off service which they are the best bang for the buck also. I highly recommend.

Good company

A terrible experience. We had our dumpster placed on a portion of the grass to avoid blocking any parking spots. For months it was put on the parking spots crooked (even after we requested it stop). Once that issue was resolved we had the can put back with the lid jammed open which led to illegal dumping repeatedly. I finally cancelled and they told me that they were suing me because I breached the contract. I think decent service was their part of the contract and they were the ones that breached. I maintained the contract until it expired and sent a letter via certified mail. I started using Latella which was excellent. They were then bought by All American Waste. I tried to cancel, but could not get calls back and finally had to send another certified letter. We will see when they actually pick up the cans! Im waiting.

Your driver Jose delivered a dumpster to our neighbor on Fairview Drive in Madison this morning. He had to move our recycling bin to make the turn. He took the time to come back and move the bin back. He was friendly, courteous and a great advertisement for your company.Kudos to you for hiring such a great person.Robert Hale

Great Company for all trash and recycling needs

I live in a quiet neighborhood in Woodbridge where there is a noise ordinance stating no noise prior to 7:00 am. Across from my home is a 55 and over condominium community that All American Waste services. Their trucks come in, make a ton of noise, and wake up the entire neighborhood as early as 4:30 in the morning; 6:08 am today. I’ve complained and gotten no resolve. They refuse to return my call. Next call is to my attorney!

This company continually violates the local noise ordinance in New Haven by picking up trash as early as 5:40 am before its legal (after 7 am). When a driver saw me noting a tag number to tell the City, he aggressively shouted me down and disparaged me. The worst. Respect the noise ordinances - this isnt Manhattan you can collect trash at 7 am and not have any problems.

Called 10am to order dumpster, delivere ETA was by 12pm , dumpster never show up when I called again they say it’s was mistake no one put my order in computer and they can get me dumpster around 5pm , Consider I have stripped roof at the most busy street in NHPOOR CUSTUMER SERVINCE WILL NEVER US THEM AGAIN

Not honest. Leaves the customer waiting. Has a bad attitude when it comes to making their mistakes right.

One of their trucks made a dump run this morning at 3:30 AM to buildings near and next to my house (by Whitney Ave in New Haven)...The sound was terrible and this is in violation of New Haven’s noise ordinance. It’s highly disrespectful to wake up a community so early! I will also be calling an attorney.

Live in north haven near aces school on temple st. truck comes anywhere from 2 to 5 am slamming the dumpsters down..this is ridiculous . i just got woken up by the truck once again as im writing this its 304 am. And he just left. Adding on 7/30/2018 254 am .. Back again slamming the dumpsters. This is unbelievable

I called their office because their workers threw my trash cans against the side of my car and scratched the wheel. Yes, they threw them against my car!! After being bounced around by a woman who answered and then she dropped me in voicemail,I called back and said I want to speak to someone NOW not voicemail. I was told I had to wait to drive MY car so they could come out and look/take pictures. I told him I did not have time to wait around, I had to leave in about 10 minutes. The man who would later threaten me told me there was nothing he can do if the car is moved before they get there to take pictures and look at it. I told him I was going to go on social media. I was then told It had better be factual, or we will take you to task So after being threatened after everything else, I hung up on the man who threatened me, realizing I was not getting anywhere with this company, and being threatened does not exactly make me feel comfortable.Here it is on social media., which is my First Amendment right.
