They had my mower for about 1 month for a fairly minor repair. Communication was terrible, with calls unanswered and messages sometimes receiving no response for days. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I got through and was told it *might* be another 2 weeks until it would be worked on - meanwhile we also had to pay someone else to mow our large yard every week. Finally, nearly 2 weeks later, I was informed they they were starting the work, and the next day they said it was complete.After it was finished, it was returned to me 2 days later in shabby condition. The bar handle grips are now gouged and torn on both sides (see photos), it’s scuffed down the sides, parts look chewed up, and there’s at least one screw missing and another barely in place - none of these flaws were present when they took my mower away.At least the price was decent, which earned one star - though this decent price became irrelevant after paying someone else to mow my yard for a month. Another star for picking up/delivering the mower.

UPDATE: Aaron called me about an hour after my original review. He apologized for the problems I had encountered and wanted to make things right. Long story short, he went above and beyond to make me a satisfied, happy customer. Thank you, Aaron. I appreciate what you did for me. I will be a repeat customer.Terrible customer service. Aaron told me he would call me back but he never did. Apparently Schmuckers does not start and run leaf blowers after they tune them up. Otherwise, they would have known my leaf blower was blowing back oil after the oil was filled to the proper level at the time of service.

Needed a set of mower blades tried to order online everyone was backordered 2 months and I found out about Schmucker and they had them and were $10 cheaper than anyone online. Thanks I will definitely be back

We bought a Husqvarna ts348xdwith a 3bagger system put on it about 2months ago of 2020. At the same time bought a 224L weedeater. Aaron and the rest of the people there you just wont find better people that will treat you right. So when it came time that we need a dozer blade . We went right back to them and bought for our ts348xd lawn tractor. If you want treated right with no high preasure and Great prices. Go there.

Aaron n his people do excellent work.My tiller wouldn’t start n they fixed the problem which turned out to be carb adjustment. Took my mower over cause wouldn’t run after clean bottom of deck thinking I needed new gas filter they just opened choke got piece of whatever out n got it running. No need to drop it off. Their busy n now I know why

Aaron and the crew do a great job, they are honest and quick to help out with any assistance needed to help with the right set up for each person, I bought the Husqvarna Z 560 zero turn and Im extremely satisfied with the performance and cut quality. I also purchased the swivel dump cart and I really glad I did, its come in handy already.Im very pleased with the helpful information and the perfect set up for my challenging yard situation.

Super long turn around time.

I brought my Toro lawnmower here for service and blade replacement. Aside from the lawnmower looking way better than when it came in, it operated on a different level. When I turned it on, there was so much power that I did not realize how much it had lost. It felt like it was going to take off on its own - It was unexpected. It cut and minced the high grass without leaving the hay trail. I did notice that I was less tired and mowed in less time than before. They did an outstanding job! Thank you!

These guys were awesome! I took my snow blower in for a tune up, fully expecting to leave it and come back to get it. They dove right in and i took it with me 15 minutes later. I just picked up my 2 Exmark zero turns for their annual maintenance. Schmuckers service is always good and affordable. I have 20+ power equipment tools with small engines and they can fix them all!

Went in during their customer appreciation day. They were busy, but VERY family oriented. Got 20# propane refills for $7 each. Brought in my weed eater for a fuel line repair at the same time (two weeks ago), havent heard back. Im going to stop in tomorrow to see how theyre coming. To be continued.
