Sarala is very good at what she does. I usually visit here for my eyebrows threading. The place is also very clean and well-kept. I totally recommend the place.

Fantastic service! I’ve gotten so many compliments, and my eyebrows still look great almost a month later! The only drawback is that the eyebrow threading is $15 (to be expected downtown, but a little more than the price point I can do for a regular service 😩). Would recommend!

I thought I discovered the holy grail when I found this place, and it was that at first. The last 2 or 3 times, my brows have been very inconsistent. I decided to leave this review because I tried once more, but the more I look at my brows, the more I realize theyre COMPLETELY different. Totally unacceptable.The quality started to go downhill a couple of months ago when she was distracted by her phone while doing my brows, and it has gotten worse since.I tip well, so this is very disappointing. I wont be back.

I have always done my eyebrows myself, with decent success. Since Ive been working from home and not going anywhere, I decided to let my brows grow in and get them done professionally for the first time. I read Saralas reviews and decided to give her a try. She did an incredible job! I have no idea what she did with that string but I have super clean lines, a perfect arch, and very flattering shape on my face! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer and I dont think Ill ever go back to waxing again.

HORRIBLE! I told her specifically I wanted THICK shape and even showed her a picture and still she totally messed up my brows, they are so thin now... When she was done I didn’t even say anything I wanted to cry and just left. Do not come here

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and whoever serviced me was very friendly! I had previously only tweezed my eyebrows on my own and the shape was horrendous. She cleaned mine up and shaped them perfectly :)

So today I went for my eyebrows and upper lip threading and I was so happy at the end as they looked perfect.Rita did it so well for me and gave attention to every detail of it. I liked the place. They were fast, friendly and clean. Prices are fair. Threading of the eyebrows was as expected, a little more painful than the middle-eastern places Ive been but better than others. I also had the gel manicure and they were gentle. Its not a fancy place but I liked it and would recommend it.

Stopped by on my lunch break about a week ago. I was nervous to have someone new touch my eyebrows, but my regular place is just so out of the way, I wanted to find somewhere closer. This place had good reviews, and Im glad I decided to check it out. Anu listened to what I had to say in regards to what I was looking for. My eyebrows came out perfect, and it was almost painless. My service was moderately priced, and Anu was sweet and professional. I would definitely recommend trusting her with your eyebrows!

One thing I cant stand is when you go into these places and they try to rush you when your explaining to them how you want something like they somehow know what you want. Giving it one star because that is what happened. I wanted to check the place out because I was in New haven and i read the reviews so i gave it a chance. I was rushed to hurry up what I wanted. My right eyebrow looks great! But my left was looks crazy af. She took way to much hair off. Now my eyebrows look lopsided and it takes fiorever to grow back.Not going to this place. If you are checking out this place make sure to go to someone you got recommended too. My mistake could be your blessing.

I went in today for the first time for a lip threading. I used to go somewhere else but they closed. Anu helped me today, she worked quickly and was very professional. It was also a very affordable price and plenty of street parking around the salon (I went in the morning). I also have sensitive skin so she applied a cream after which really helped. I would return. I gave it 4/5 stars only because I have to drive a town over which means traffic so that’s not great BUT that is the only downside.

Made an appointment for eyelashes on Wednesday for 9:30 in the morning on Friday. Arrived on Friday and was told the woman was not in and to come back. The woman whom I was speaking to did not even give me the deceny and turn around. When I told her I had scheduled an appointment she shrugged her shoulders and kept doing what she was doing. I have never been more blatantly disrespected in my whole life.

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done but unfortunately, I recently went somewhere else to do my eyebrows and they had messed it up so I came back here being that I come here most of the time anyway to repair my eyebrows & Shreys did my eyebrows so perfect! Staff are friendly, clean, and the pedicures are well-done, and reasonably priced. Eyebrow threading hurts, but looks so beautiful afterwards and it takes 5 min. Pedicure took 45 minutes and she did a wonderful clean job. Will keep coming here! Will avoid Fashion Nails and that place on Chapel Street for pedis. Unsanitary and overpriced! Go here!

Love this place! I go for eyebrow threading. My eye brows are very thin as it is so unlike waxing they dont make them more thin they shape them and get all the small hairs around your eyebrows. I also got my sideburns threaded for the first time. I have blonde hairs n it wasnt that noticeable to begin with but I no they were there n my face looks so good now theres no hair anywhere! It does hurt at 1st. Even with the eye brows but who didnt day beauty hurts! Its also very clean inside and the owner is sooo nice! I would high recommend this place! You have to do street parking though usually a little bit down from where salon is. Just make sure u put $ in ur meter!

I really love this place! I bought a GROUPON for $12 for 2 eyebrow threading sessions. I normally get my eyebrows waxed but this was one hell of a deal so I had to try it! Let me say, I am very happy I decided to try this place. The threading was pretty fast. As fair as painless goes, I am not going to lie, it hurt pretty bad. I normally groom my eyebrows by getting a good wax shaping and then maintaining the shape by plucking every so often.They were fast, efficient and priced just right! Wonderful job! I just bought another GROUPON for a mani pedi so we will see how that works out! TRY THIS PLACE!!!

I went to get my eye brows and eye lashes done 2 days ago nd left very unsatisfied, my eye brows was ok but i got individual lashes nd it looked like it was a broom stick sitting on top of my eyes, it looked rushed nd it was separated from my natural eye lash, as soon as I walked out the door I removed them I wouldnt recommend them to do lashes

I didnt experience any treatment from here but I came in to ask a question and the staff were all sitting down on the couch, watching Tv. One of the ladies stared at me until, after a bit, I had to confusingly ask if she worked in the studio. They should work on first impressions.... They looked as if they didnt care that I walked in.

Inquired about lashes, the women were very rude and dismissive. Didn’t even want to provide service. Myself and another customer was very taken aback.

This place has terrible customer service, one of the girls that work there always has an terrible attitude I got my lashes done one and I almost go blind they also never open on time, never going back again.
