They did a great job refinishing the floors in my 1930s house. Floors were in pretty rough shape- had been under some pretty gross carpet and had paint splatters and water stains. I talked to a couple other refinishers who said I would have to stain them a very dark color because the floors were old and the dark stain would cover up imperfections. These guys were the only ones who assured me I could go with the natural color of the wood, and Im so glad I did! Professional, prompt, and communicative.

I only had 3 weeks before I had to move in. I called some places and they said they are 3-4weeks backed up and on top of that the wood would take a month to come. I was desperate. Andy and his team took the measurements on day 1, and did the majority of the work within week 1! So that I could move in no problem! They had to order more wood for a closet so it took a month for the additional wood to come. They came right away after the additional wood arrived and finished the whole job! The floor is beautiful! In addition the price is very reasonable!

Andy and his team did a great job bringing back to life the hardwood floors in our 1925 house. They were professional, punctual and dedicated. Everything went as expected.

Andys team replaced all the carpeted floors on our second floor with pre-finished hardwood floors. We were on a tight timeline that changed several times due to circumstances out of our control, and Andy was very willing to be flexible and accommodate us despite this issue. There were a few pieces of flooring that needed to be replaced after the job was complete, and the replacement of the boards with quick and clean. Most importantly, Andys prices were significantly lower than competitors, and the end result was beautiful. I would recommend!

I had my hardwood floors deep cleaned by Melissa. She fit me in last minute, was on time, and did a fantastic job! Both Melissa and Andy were super pleasant to work with. Without me even asking about it, Andy asked if I qualified for any of their discounts. I would highly recommend Andy and his team and would definitely use their services again!

Andy is top notch in customer service. There was an issue with the stain on my floors. Andy immediately responded and rectified the issue in a manner above and beyond my expectations.

I recently had the floors in two houses finished by Kleen Floors. I could not be happier with the results. The crew was very respectful and caring. They wanted to reach a high degree of customer satisfaction, and they succeeded. The owner, Andy Ross, stayed in contact and assured that all was well.I had new wood installed in 3 rooms and refinished the existing red oak floor in 3 rooms. The team worked hard to get a match between the woods by staining the new floor before apply the finished coats.Moreover, the price was right. Even small changes were made at no increase in price. I would be happy to use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I called Andy (who came recommended to me) to set up a time to inspect the floors, give us a quote, and to arrange a time to do the work. Andy was quick and professional. He set up an inspection with the realtor (I didnt even have to be there) and followed up the next day with a quote via email to confirm the work and the cost. The quote was reasonable, and though we didnt want to stain the floors, those prices were included.After locking it in, we set up a time for him to do the work, a week from the phone call. He called back the next day to say his schedule unexpectedly changed and he could come the next day! Our floors were done in three days and looked magnificent. Heavily used spots were bright with life! Id happily recommend Andy and Hardwood Floors LLC.

Thats their slogan and I agree! They are a true craftsman. Our floors had a lot of problems and they now look brand new. The crew was on time, courteous and neat. The owner of the company was in constant contact with me throughout the process. They were very flexible about timing as well. Their price was very competitive and there were no surprise extra charges.
