Edith did a really great job cutting my post-quarantine hair! The business is also taking many precautions: one customer at a time, all customers are given hand sanitizer, and stylists wear masks + gloves + face shields. Will visit again.

Just got my first post-Covid reopening haircut yesterday. Susan met me at the door wearing all of the necessary PPE, took my temperature and then walked me in, taking all necessary safety precautions and then did a masterful job cutting my hair. She is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Phils on Whitney!

Going here was the worst mistake I’ve made in a long time. Poor service, terrible haircut, all for a high price. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I walked in around noon and one stylist cut my hair immediately. She did a great job! Im new to the area so I dont know how expensive a haircut can be but I found the price fair.
