Our small community had a possible project that needed the input of an engineer and 3 previously contacted engineering firms would either not reply or didnt want to help. Thomas engineering offered to try and work with us. Bob Billingsley was a great help to us, being honest and informing us of some possibilities also setting up a meeting with town officials. Highly recommend this firm if an engineer is needed!
