Wonderful service and quick resonse.

Recently, we had a desktop and laptop repaired at Computer Services. The service and communications were excellent, computers were repaired and ready for pick-up as promised and pricing was more than fair. Doing business with this company was a very positive experience and would most definitely use their services in the future. Found the young man who performed the repairs to be professional, polite and knowledgeable.

In this day and age, when your computer quits working you immediately panic, become irritated, and then feel a bit foolish for putting so much trust in a machine. Thats your life in there, and you feel a bit violated.But you still need it, and you want an easy, inexpensive fix.In my 30 years of owning a computer, in big cities and small cites, I have never been pleased with a result to a repair place. Until now.Marcos at Computer Services LLC understood the importance of what I was handing him when I left my desk to for repair. He diagnosed the problems, told me the fixes, and then did them in a timely fashion... I went from panic to productivity in three days... just like he said. And I was a bit speechless at the cost.Too bad I cant give Computer Services LLC in New Bern 10 stars.

These guys are the greatest. I have always received superb service that I can rely on. I am almost technically challenged, (I did think I had some knowledge but technology has proven me inept), and I dont know what I would do without these fine men. Based on a recommendation by a friend, I took my business PC in for some nasty issues I was having with Microsoft Office. Marcos handled my service. I could not be more satisfied. He is GREAT! The charge was very reasonable. They’ve won a new customer.
