Our house was in need of much needed face-lift! We had our siding, gutters, sofit, facia and downspouts replaced AND had a window added to our living room. I can not explain how happy we are with the transformation of our house! We have neighbors stopping all of the time to ask us about it; they even think that we replaced our roof and added shutters which we didnt....the face-lift has just brought out all of the other features of our house.Everyone who was working on our house was very respectful and kind....they took the time to explain everything they were doing on the house. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the job within the time scheduled!! We can not thank Elite Exteriors LLC enough for all of their hard work this summer.

Elite Exteriors did the roof on our office building. They came out promptly to give us a quote, and were able to start the job within two weeks. The communication we received from Ryan in regards to what to expect in order to not disrupt our business was outstanding. They did a complete tear off, and replaced all the damaged wood underneath. They replaced flashing by the vents and the elevators. The job was completed very quickly, and left the surrounding area completely cleaned up. No more leaky roof!

I made an appointment for a quote and they were on time and I wasnt...I got stuck in traffic and called and they said no problem, we will see you when you get home. We talked for a bit asking us what we wanted, while walking around the house suggestion were made that we thought we beneficial for us. We recieved a quote and accepted. We were given a time line and they were actually earlier than we anticipated. Though out the project we added and changed a few things along the way which they worked with us without any issues. The crew was very nice and respectful of our plants around the house and cleaned up all the debris before they left for the day. Overall, we couldnt be happier how thing turned out...would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors!! We added a new window were a window didnt exist, they cut it out, reframed, and installed with finish trim on the inside. We also had the house sided with replacing all the sofit, facia and gutters.

We hired Elite to repair and replace the roof of my fathers home and it couldn’t have gone better! The new roof is perfect. After deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, theyre out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The person who came out to do the estimate was rude and hardly answered the questions we posed. We thought he was going to measure the gutters for an estimate but he drove off without a word. If the job was too small or he was not interested, it would have been polite to let us know.

I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. Everything was Great! I was very impressed with Elite Exteriors from the beginning of the estimate process. Scott replied to questions and concerns quickly and professionally. The work was completed very quickly and turned out exactly as I wanted. Elite did a great job of explaining all of the options that were available to us while we were selecting products and colors. Their pricing was very fair compared to the other estimates that we received for the job. The estimate was broken down so that I could see exactly where the cost was coming from (I had other estimates provided that were one big price with no explanation of costs - which is not helpful.) All of the workers who worked on the project (both the siding installers, as well as the masons for the stone work) were very professional and made sure to go over all of the details of the project before the work was started so that everything would turn out perfectly. I definitely recommend Elite Exteriors for siding projects! I was impressed enough with their siding work that I have them doing another exterior project soon.

I called Elite Exteriors to obtain an estimate to replace my CertainTeed fiber cement siding and to obtain information about the class action lawsuit. Unfortunately my home in Door County is outside of their service area. I was told, however, they had a staff person who could provide information about the lawsuit. Ryan called me back within the hour and provided valuable information. He then followed that up with an email. I was very impressed with Ryan and Elite Exteriors. My only regret is that I was outside their service area.

We hired Elite Exteriors to do some repair work on our duplex in Wauwatosa. Old shingle siding was falling off in chunks, and we were really hoping to skate by one more winter with the current siding. They repaired it as best they could, given the circumstances. We had shingles come off our roof with the strong spring winds. Elite came out quickly and fixed our roof. The price was reasonable. Weve used Elite for gutters and insulation, and we are always happy with the work.

They installed new siding, gutters, soffitts, fascia, rubber roof, put in a new patio door (where a window used to be), and replaced two doors and a window on our house. They were prompt, polite, and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves well. All for a fair price. Id recommend.

Issues with communication. Did not install Ridge vent over garage. Did not replace any sheathing like we asked because it looked fine even though the bottom is rotted and the whole reason we did the roof in the first place. Shingles look good.

Had a new roof put on and it looks great. Service from working on the quote and on was perfect, and the work was done very quickly.

Elite Exteriors was extremely accommodating. They were able to make use of the material we were stuck with from another company and fixed our unexpected water damage. We were assured, “whatever needs to be done, we will take care of it”. In addition to the additional repairs we were impressed with the aesthetically pleasing changes that the company suggested to our original plan with the Hardie Plank siding. The work was meticulous and as discussed. I was really impressed that I was asked to come see the repair at certain phases, confirming what was wrong and that it was fixed. It is never fun to need a repair, but I look forward to working with Elite in the future.

Overall excellent job. Elite Exteriors removed a patio door, installed a window in its place, removed all the cedar siding, facia, soffits, trim, gutters and replaced with HardiePlank and new gutters. Elite efficiently and cleanly removed all existing cedar. They also had to add trim and flashing aroung each window which was not done properly by the previous contractor.Our house looks beautiful and are ver happy with the job dome by Elite. We would hire Elite again and highly recommend them

Our experience was positive enough to warrant the time to post this review. That alone says a lot.I would recommend Elite Exteriors for roofing to my family and friends. That says a lot.We invited a few roofing contractors to come to the house and bid the job for a complete new roof. Scott, the owner at Elite Exteriors, responded personally and immediately to our inquiry. By immediately, I mean that day (by phone).The next day he was onsite at our home. Scott went over all the details with us (Master Elite Contractor for GAF products), available Warranties, estimates for Start and End Dates (the Full Monty).When he was at the house he estimated all the dimensions, but the next day he ordered, at his expense, an EagleView Report of the house. EagleView is a company that provides aerial photographs of property which can include peaks, valleys, square footage, etc. An EagleView Report is used a lot and saves roofers from having to crawl up on the roof with a tape measure, etc. and it is very accurate. Like a very close-up Google Earth but specialized for roofers and contractors.Ill skip over all the details, but not only was Elites bid lower than the others, but Scott was more thorough in his descriptions of products and methods, and we believed was installing superior products. He ordered the EagleView Report on June 25 and we had a full quote three day later.On Wednesday June 29, Scott called to say he had a crew become available for the next week and they could start July 5, the Tuesday after the 4th of July. We all agreed.So, before I finish up, I need to address the roofing crew of 5-6 men. These guys were just plain fantastic, arriving at about 6:45 a.m. and worked until 7:45 p.m. the first day.They were so good that the first day we decided to provide them all pizza, soda, water, etc. for lunch. At the end of that Tuesday I tipped each of the five roofers $20 cash out of my pocket because they had worked so hard and steady. They were a pleasure to have working on our home.The second day they arrived about 7:15 a.m. and started right in. I asked the lead guy if they would like ribs for lunch, but he opted for turkey sandwiches on Italian bread. My wife and I went to the store and got all the stuff, and pickles, and tomatoes, chips, drinks and the 6 of them had a great lunch.They plowed through the day until about 7:30 p.m., at which time they had completely replaced our 3,000 square foot roof, including 5 Ridges (86), 8 Hips (85), 9 Valleys (98), 13 Rakes (192), drip edge... on and on. Again, each got $20 for their superior performance, except I tipped the lead guy a $50.A completed job on a very complicated roof done in two days! We were smiling to say the least.I am 65-years old and we bought the GAF 50-year warranty, so I am not planning on putting on another roof in my lifetime, but if I had to, Id have Elite back to do it.

We had a major siding project that included removing the entire exterior of the house, repair to the underlying structure and re-siding with Hardie products, We also replaced three windows with Marvin Infinity.We knew we wanted Hardieboard, after researching various siding products. We evaluated several contractors, and after several discussions with each, chose Elite Exteriors based on recommendations, the Hardie website and general research, as well as the way that Scott Watry at Elite wanted to go about the work. He seemed the most thorough, detail-oriented and quality-driven. And he was all of these.Elite Exteriors is the only Hardie Certified Elite Preferred installer (the highest level installer certification Hardie provides) in the state. They are not the lowest cost, but I think they are the best choice if you are having Hardiboard installed. The devil is in the detail with any exterior siding project -- any shortcuts taken in installation show up years later, so it just makes sense to hire someone who would follow the Hardie installation guidelines to the letter. We believed that Elite would provide attention to detail and quality that would produce superior results for years to come. We were not disappointed. The work went along steadily, and there was a crew on site every day possible until the work was complete. There was never a question about when they were coming back, or what they were doing next. When we asked about how or why something was done a given way, the answer always referred back to following Hardie specs, underscoring their adherence to correct process. I cannot point to an instance where we felt the work was less than the best available. Nick, the foreman, was very responsive and concerned that we were happy with the work, the crew, the condition of the site; he had our best interests at heart. Scott was on site a couple of days a week and following the job carefully. Any time I contacted him with questions or requests, they were taken care of promptly. The house looks really awesome, and inside its quieter and far less drafty. We are really happy with their work, and would use them without hesitation for future exterior jobs. Very highly recommended.
