Not to bad at all. Located on a dead end street. Check-in at gate go between docks 20-21 for shipping office. Be Patient lol.. Sign in and hopefully they get you docked, loaded quickly and grab paperwork when lite turns green. Seal, check out with guard and have a happy life.

ZERO stars ZERO ! Truckers BEWARE !!! IF YOU have a choice NOT to go here DO NOT ! This place is under POOR management that is what is comes down to! I have been in trucking for over 30 years now..and when you walk in a place to pick up a load and after 2 hours you still have NO door and made note of the line of trucks and drivers already waiting YOU know something is wrong...THIS place is OUT of ORDER ! .... stay away if you can ! I ended up leaving and informed this place I was not going to have enough hours to haul their load ! Again IF YOU have a choice USE it !!! LEAVE !!!!

Fast service in and out with no problem. Theyll knock on your trailer when done. No No overnight parking. Nearest truck stop mile down the road is at Oak Tree Mart.

Very friendly people, lots of space. There’s a dead end street that you can park on out front drives, but don’t trash up the people’s property! Or they may take that away!

Super friendly people here, huge yard. Security gate was great, woman in shipping was awesome. Showed up 4 hours early for load, no problem, in a dock n loaded in 30 mins. Total time here has been an hour n 15 minutes.

Don’t let the negative reviews bother you this place is freaking awesome I had a 9 PM appointment time and was loaded at 9 AM 12 hours early and it only took like 45 minutes the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful ....awesome place to pick up or deliver to

Arrived 3.5 hrs early for appointment. Got right in. 1.5 hour live load time. Great service.

Got here several hours before my appointment. Got a door right away and out the gate in an hour and half. Nice people. Dont know about the bad reviews, but it was good experience picking up here.

This company HAS NO customer support and no way to contact them!!!!!!! I am trying to make a simple exchange and there is no way to do it or to speak to anyone about it! Thumbs DOWN!

Appointment was at 9. Arrived at 8, I was in a dock being loaded by 830. The guard at the west gate side was super nice. If your ID has a cool street address that will make his day. I only did not give 5 stars because the office girls could be a little nicer when a drive comes it with a positive attitude and is friendly vs. Acting like the drive was making there day harder. I would book another load from here.

Was expecting the worst because of the reviews. Showed up an hour and a half early was loaded and rolling 40 minutes later. Office people were nice and respectful. Dont know why the bad reviews from other drivers ....

This is no longer sunbeam, it is known as Newell, I do not recommend working here as a temp for focus, you will kill yourself working for them.

This place takes forever to get u loaded.. I been here for 10 hr break still havnt got door yet to load. They have u waiting down the street in dirt lot so a yard goat can come get u tell u what door to take. No restroom no food wagon I hait to come here in the winter time if u do better stock up on food when u get here know telling how long u be here. Be last time I come here to load..
