We used this service for the first time (based on the other great reviews) and will certainly do so again. We brought four chefs knives of varying quality and a pair of professional hair shears. Everything came back crazy sharp and looking like new. Were so happy!

They did a wonderful job with my knife set, which were long overdue for a sharpening. Every single knife from the long chef’s knife to the steak knives was well done. Quick turnaround too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Previously, I had brought my knives to a kitchen specialty store for sharpening with minimal improvement. Never again! Jacks work on my knives make it a joy to slice anything that needs it.Jack made my knives like new.

My wife is an artist, and she has an antique paper cutter with a big, curved steel blade that was badly in need of sharpening. I called Jack on a Saturday, dropped off the cutter (plus some fabric scissors) in the afternoon, and they were ready Sunday mid-day. Everything is razor sharp now, and Jacks prices are very reasonable.

WOW, Jack is unbelievable, he saved 6 of my super expensive knives that had gotten trashed over the years. They had tips broken off, dings galore, were not sharp at all. Having sharp knives makes cooking more enjoyable. I keep my cutlery pretty well, but the most used blades develop little nicks and chips. Then I take them to a professional.I’ve used Jack’s a couple of times. The knives always come back looking great and very sharp.
