Happy with their hours, but the place felt in ill repair. Lots of machines out of service, card readers not working super well, and then a no $20 dollar bills on the coin machine made it pretty hard to pay to start the laundry, and dryers that said only the card reader was out of service wouldnt work with coins, either. The last time I was here the place was in better repair, so hopefully it was just an off period for them. They have a lot of machines and places to sit, which is great.

This is the best laundry place that you do your own laundry. Its clean, machines work and if they need fixing, they label it so you dont waste your$$!

I called the number listed to ask a question, thinking an attendant would answer - the owner answered, and I cant even begin to tell you how kind she was. I had never used a laundromat before (need to wash a big old comforter) and had some questions. She was so kind and helpful, and that alone will be the reason I come here and continue to go back for my big old comforter washing needs. It is really refreshing to experience such pleasant customer service.

Not clean, lost a lot of money, not enough water in the machines what a rip off.

Honestly I just moved to Natick and my place doesnt have a washer and dryer so i found this gem. My first time there was good. Machine are not expensive. 2nd tine had a lil issue with the credit card thing. My fault not theirs. See I am a 32 not technology smart person. (I still use flip phones), the guy working there was so sweet and was so helpful. I really liked him. Also place is clean!!!! Some machine broken but expected..... Will continue to go just because I like them and the place down the street next to Subway smells bad!!!

This is the BEST laundromat Ive ever seen. Did my laundry here when visiting Massachusetts and wished we had something similar close to my home. I get so tired of dirty laundromats with people smoking outside the door and lots of out of order machines. This one is clean, well located, has great machines and the owner is wonderful. Obviously loves her store. Check it out!

Always such a pleasure doing laundry here. Its really clean, and the owner is in quite a bit and responds quickly if I have an issues. Its in a great location where I can get a few errands done at the same time and always feel safe leaving my clothes. Machines are always being fixed right away. I love all the different sizes to choose from tot.

I travel in this area regularly and use the Laundry Loft mid-trip. Its excellent value. Theres a large number of machines so theres never a queue. Theres free WiFi. There is a machine to get single-serve detergent etc. but theres a supermarket next door where you can buy larger bottles. Theres a couple of change machines to get quarters from and theres a BoA ATM just over the parking lot.

Looks like a nice place but nobodys here to help me or available to reach by phone just lost my money to the soap dispenser, going find another place

The Laundry Loft is always clean and it is convenient to my usual shopping stops. The owner is very friendly and responsive. My favorite laundromat!

Older equipment that required quarters not a charge card but the place was clean and relaxing. No one bothered me and if in the area, I would definitely go again.

The machines are old, most of which were out of service. The coin machine wasnt working so I had to go to the bank to make change. No staff present.
