This company responded quickly to my request for tree cutting estimate with no additional charge for viewing. They came the next day to view the trees that needed to be cut. The Tree Doctors are the best! I would recommend them to anyone in Nashville. We called them to our property to remove trees that had the potential to fall and the team was very happy we took a proactive approach. Chance came to our property and walked with me looking at each tree and explained all of our options. I decided 7 of the 15, or so trees would need to come down, or cleaned up. He gave us a very honest and fair quote for the work. After hiring Chance his crew came to the house within days to do the work. They were extremely professional. On time, open with communication, and treated our property as it were theirs. If you need any tree work please give them a call. We will be using the Tree Doctors for everything on our property as long as we live in Nashville.

Awesome experience. These guys know what they are doing and very hard workers.The owner is a great guy and when needed he gets men to a job at any hr of the night and very quickly. I would recommend them to any and everybody. I called once at around midnight and they were they promptly and removed the tree from my roof and i have used them yearly since them and job well done everytime and very reasonable rates

Guys were super friendly, work performed efficiently, with care and planning. Really appreciate finding someone with good ethics.

These guys do great work, however they are sketchy. My wife called them for a quote so someone went to or house with our permission and called my wife to give her an estimate. She told them that she had to get ahold of me and the property owners to talk to them about removing a tree and get my card information to pay for it and then she would get back to them. I was at work for 12 hours and called my wife while driving home. She told me how they quoted us for the work and that he said he would come by the next day to work on the trees that were the issue. Her interaction with this company was 100% phone based. She hasnt met with anyone and agreed to any work on the property because she hadnt talk to myself or he property owners. I got home before she did and to my surprise they did half of the work already, which was part of a tree that had fallen down blocking our driveway. They do great work, thats not my complaint. I felt that they were trying to manipulate us. Do the work then send an invoice without confirming the work to be done. When I called them a gentleman told me that he had the phone call with my wife recorded so I requested him to email it to me when he returned to the office, from then on he told me that he would only talk to my wife and not me. She feels terrible about this whole situation and wasnt in a good head space so I couldnt get her to talk to them. I have work that needs to be done on the house but the way they were trying to do business was very sketchy. When both my wife and I are both surprised that the tree was taken out thats not a good sign. Then to be told we can figure out costs tomorrow when they come and finish the job. Nah man, it was such a bizarre encounter. They do great work, id give them my business if they were more honest. I just had to post this so that I would have my perspective out there.

Met my needs perfectly and went above and beyond expectations with a quick response during a very busy time right after a significant storm. Every team member I interacted with had my needs and the safety of the task at the top of their priorities.

Chase and his team did a great job. Losing a couple of trees was disappointing for us, but it was much better than the alternative (damage to the house, deck, AC)! They understood and took care of everything in a professional manner. They also trimmed and treated some of our other trees and capped one so that we can enjoy them in years to come.

I cant say thank you enough to Chance and his crew for all his help & for doing such a GREAT JOB!!! This was my first experience having several trees fall during a storm. To make matters worse one knocked down my main power line! Our neighbor had referred Tree Doctors to me so I had gave them a call. Chance worked me into his schedule and they arrived at our home promptly! They worked continuously to remove the trees so we was able to get back into our home. This was our first experience ever having to file a claim so Chance guided me through it step by step! The girl in the office was also so very sweet & helpful! She took over and worked with our insurance company throughout the claim so I was relieved of having any additional stress! They did a WONDERFUL job and our property was left looking like nothing ever even happened! I shocked whenever I went to leave this review at some of the prior ones I read! From my past experience of owning a business I do know that its Impossible to please everyone no matter how good of a company you are! Sadly some people will look for any/ every excuse they can in order to get a discount/ out of paying the agreed amount! Then theyre also others who are never happy no matter what you do! Its just a fact of life! In my opinion Tree Doctors is a A+++ Company!!!! They all was so very helpful and caring that its almost like calling your family! Fair price, on time, did what they said they would do.

Horrible business! Chance Lethcoe is a liar and will not fix any damage he causes to your property. I paid him $9400 to remove trees and his company damaged my sidewalk and neighbors. He has promised to fix them for over 5 months and never had any intention to. I finally had to pay $2000 to fix them since they were a safety hazard and now he refuses to pay me back. He is not a trustworthy businessman.

Not honest people. They dont pay their bills. Called us for emergency Road Service and wont pay or return calls. Dont trust them.

Terrible experience with Chance. The initial tree removal went OK even though I paid way too much as I made a mistake and wanted to move fast. Thats on me. The problem is I had a tree replaced and that tree died just a few months later. It never looked healthy. Chance promised to replace the tree if anything happened in the first year. One year later all I get is words and promises he will be right out here to do something. Shame on me for thinking he would be a man of his word.
