This company is awful with the care of our neighborhood. They can cut the grass but, that is it. The dog waste bins are full and there is no bags. They havent cared to empty these lately. Also, we pay for 4 trimmings a year. They neglected to trim in April and still have not in July. I was told they were trimming every Friday in July but, still nothing. I have work orders in and they are telling people different things. There is no excuse for our overgrown bushes to look the way they do.

Do not let your HOA hire this Landscaping Company! BrightView maintains the yards in Lenox Village and does an absolutely horrible job. They were contracted to maintain all the yards which includes, mowing and landscaping however they half-way do everthing. Theyll cut the front and not the back and sides, just so the HOA Board will not complain. Additonally, there are sections of the neighborhood that have not been mowed in the last month and several of the trees and shrubs in the common areas are dead. Lenox needs to rehire LSI to maintain the property.

Food is always excellent. Servers are are polite and always helpful

Great Landscaping job is done with the utmost care. Their lawn crews are at a professional level you do not typically see with landscaping. The community has never looked better!!

Brightview Landscaping is a horrible company. Their rates are lower for a reason. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They made silly mistakes, example removing the wrong trees, constantly mowed over and broke sewer caps, leaving clusters of leaves everywhere, cutting residents cable and air conditioning chords. Planting during the wrong season. We paid them for 6 prunings and they pruned only 3 times from march until november. So you can imagine how our shrubs looked Im the president of my hoa and dealing with these guys was a nightmare. The price sounds good but trust me its not worth the headache.
