An absolute worst. Got to observe them in action at a Marriott property on the West-end. For about 30 minutes three technicians could not figure out how to put the control plate back in. Seven floors hotel, single elevator tested, they set off fire alarm testing over 30 times. Crew looked about as incompetent as they come.
