For the Gallatin, TN Office: I had to help a friend and his family and I was completely lost. Tim and Peggy saved me in this process because theyre kind, professional, patient, responsive, and very knowledgable. I was very glad I chose them because we truly felt supported and understood through this difficult process. I highly recommend them because of their friendliness and their honesty.

My mother received a weird call around 1am from this place saying she needed to come get her daughter,which is me, from jail. Its crazy because I was at home with my mother at the time so we were both puzzled. Then I decided to call and the guy who answered seemed like it was his 1st day at the job. He told me a person was locked up and gave my name and number as a contact. Keep in mind he just told my mother that I was the one in jail. He couldnt even give me the full name of the person who so called gave my info to them. The last name Cole was the only thing he gave as a name. That raised even more questions because my whole fathers side of the family last name is Cole. By the end of the call I didnt get any questions answered and Im still confused to this day about that call. And too top it all off the call was made during the tornado that Nashville just had.

I live out of state, I get a call the a friend of mine was arrested in Nashville late at night and so I call A Around The Clock Bonding to get the ball rolling on getting him bonded out.I have had good experiences with their Ashland City branch so I give them his name and the charges, they look it up, go over cost and we work out the details. I call the cosigner and inform her that she is good to go to make the drive from Dickson County to Nashville in the middle of the night and that once she arrived I was told everything would be taken care of.She arrives at one location and its closed saying they were at a different location. She calls to find out where it is and no one answered the phone ( by the way they knew she was on her way from our previous conversation ). I call and again no one answered. I get her the address of where they are allegedly at and she arrives only to be told that they are not going to be doing the bond even after stating that they would.This kind of lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Their blatant disregard for customers personal time, hard earned money, and care for their loved ones is atrocious.If you need to get someone out on bond I highly recommend you do not even bother wasting your time dialing their number, much less driving to their place of business.I further recommend avoiding the Nashville branch of A Around The Clock Bonding AT ALL COSTS!Sincerely,Straight up lied to.
