Graham was excellent to work with. He was willing to make custom cotton core panels and they look beautiful. The colors are perfect and the material is wrapped and stapled neatly. These are first class panels. They were packed very well and shipped across the country from Tennessee to California with no problem. They got here in just a few days after shipment. Graham walked into my room, looked around and took some measurements, and then came back a couple weeks later with a package of great looking panels, clouds, and gobos to appropriately treat the resonance of the room over the full frequency range. Great company, great quality and installation.

I watched Tyler Larson’s Music is Win YouTube video on Music City Acoustics work on his new home studio. I was impressed with Graham’s philosophy of filling the affordability void for acoustic treatment and that one shot showing how he laid out all his tools. Haha. Seriously, I thought if he is that meticulous, he has to deliver quality service and products. I filled out the 1-page free advice on the Music City Acoustic’s website. Graham himself actually called me and spent about 30 minutes asking me what I was doing, what I was trying to accomplish, and if I could email him photos of my room. He followed up with a computer-generated rendering with his recommendations. I installed the panels myself, with the easy-to-follow instructions and illustrations that Graham provided. I live in Hawaii and if shipping wasn’t so expensive I would have purchased more. I would highly recommend Graham and Music City Acoustics.
