Happy to have found Mikes Plumbing among many options. We had seen their trucks in the community where we live and after looking though the website decided to contact them when our water heater had some leaks. The office staff was pleasantly efficient and set up an appointment for the next day. We received an email confirming the appointment. Travis called us half an hour before he arrived, was punctual, professional and very pleasant. He presented us with two options and told us a bit more about their preventive maintenance program. He installed a new water heater, tested it, and also took pictures of our current faucets in case we need any work in the future. The installation went very smoothly and the price was fair. We definitely will be calling Mikes Plumbing for our future needs.

Matt from Mikes plumbing was super professional and very pleasant in addition to his clear knowledge of what he does. He and his assistant Jimmy were here for a 2-3 hours and they carefully removed my existing under-mount sink and replaced it with a new one in addition to installing a new faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process very stress-less. I called lots of plumbers and granite companies to find someone that would do both the plumbing and the sink replacement and Mikes was the only one willing to do it. Pricing isnt the cheapest but it is very fair and considering they really know what they are doing I felt satisfied with the value of what I got. If I had hired a plumber and had him come out to unhook the existing plumbing then wait for the granite guy to come replace the sink and then wait again for the plumber to return to re-hook up the disposal, faucet and plumbing I know I would have paid much more and the job would have taken a lot longer to be done. They made it possible to be done in a few hours. Also I was able to get a $25 coupon on the yelp app for checking in!

Mike along with everybody Ive meet from this department have been outstanding. I appreciate everything these guys have done for us. We are currently on a fix income and I believe in these guys to tell me the truth... therefore, I never considered getting a second opinion. These guy are amazing.

I have had Mikes Plumbing out twice, once in 2019 and again just recently in 2021. I worked with Rich to redo my water shutoff valves both outside and and inside for all of my exterior hose connections, toilets and sinks. Rich did an amazing job and I could not be happier with his professionalism and attention to detail. Im in the process of replacing my kitchen sink with a custom design of the sink and I plan to use Mikes Plumbing again to handle the install. Great front office team to work with and you should look to them for your next plumbing needs .

I am really impressed with the integrity and professionalism of the folks at Mikes Plumbing!I called because my water heater was producing lukewarm water, and spoke to Matt who scheduled a service call for the same day. On my request, he helped me troubleshoot on the phone, figured out the problem, and helped me adjust the mixer valve to resolve the issue. It was a simple fix, of course after he solved the puzzle! The service tech stopped by later, on his route to make sure everything was good.I am really impressed with the honesty with which they dealt with everything. No complications. No stories. No Surprises. Just a solution to the problem. They have a loyal customer in me now, and I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them!

Brett the plumber showed up with a smile, shoe covers, and a mask and got the job done quickly for a reasonable amount of money. Good support from the office and I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

We called Mikes plumbing because the hot water heater hadnt been used in the home we just bought in a few months, and the hot water heater needed to be flushed out, due to bacteria I the water heater from sitting for a few months.The first thing the technician did was recommend a while new system. When my husband said we dont need a new system, and that the technician Jacob didnt even look at the heater before suggesting a new one, (that we dont need). They just called and refused to do business with us because they cant sell us a whole new uneeded system. What a rip off.

My pipes were leaking on a regular basis. Usually happening at night while I’m asleep, or while performing aerobic activities at home. I was always concerned about the long term effects of a leak at the wrong time and Mikes addressed the issue for me. Still have occasional leaks but the long term consequences have been nullified. 5/7 service. Best vasectomy I’ve ever had. May go back for a second in a few years.

I was able to schedule an appt. with Mike’s Plumbing in a very timely manner. I was offered a very fair quote over the phone and that quote was confirmed when the plumber arrived. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew what he was doing, was timely with his work, and left the work area clean upon finishing. Ive used Mikes a few times now. Always on time, always efficient and reasonably priced. Family owned and large enough to have someone available when you need them. No waiting weeks or months for them to have an opening. I cant say enough about how helpful and nice they are. When I asked them for toilet and faucet ideas, they sent me photos and details to choose from. When I found a faucet, they suggested I buy direct as they couldnt beat the price. They return calls quickly and show up! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Im new to SWFL, its good to have a plumber I can rely on.

A repairman named Matt Jacobson was my technician and not only was he timely but this fellow left my location with a super clean work station and area. The quality of the work was top tier...He was super efficient and cleaned up like no other technicians... Ive had come over before. Having called a number of other companies before I called Mikes... None will give you an approximate answer where pricing structure is concerned...a Lady by the name of Katie picked up the call and all I can tell you is this firm is really professional...also gave me an approximate price range. Needless to say I was really impressed with the price and the clean up as Im sure most would agree that few people who are contractors clean up after themselves. Further everybody else needed a couple of days prior to schedule the call. If you havent used Mikes and you need a plumber...youd be foolish not to give them a shot. They might be okay for basic plumbing, but dont give them a real problem, like a tree root or something. They cant do it.

My husband is the facilities director for a large organization in the Naples/Marco Island area. He knows a lot of vendors and when we had a problem with black particles coming from one of our faucets in our home, he asked all of them what they thought it might be and not one had any idea what it was and/or how to remedy the problem. Never thought Id be writing a review for a plumbing company, but here we are. Moving from up north, Ive had a hard time finding service companies that I can trust. Enter Mikes Plumbing. I just bought a new house in Naples, and all of a sudden my toilets were sluggish, 2 of my faucets were dripping, and my disposal wasnt working. After reading reviews, I called these guys. I spoke with the owners wife on the phone and she was able to get me scheduled for THAT AFTERNOON. Really. The technician, Matt, showed up on time and was clean-cut and very friendly. He was able to fix everything on my list, and the pricing was reasonable. It was actually way less than what I was thinking. He even wore booties to keep my floors clean. I was thrilled! Come to find out, hes the owners brother in law! Fast, friendly, family owned, reasonably priced. Ill be calling back, and asking for Matt. Friends from the Carolinas, you are welcome!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mikes Plumbing this week for three separate and unrelated visits! I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness, competence, and professionalism of Katie on the phone as well as the two plumbers who came for my three visits. My initial call to have a toilet replaced was great, but I was even more grateful for the emergency Saturday installation of a new kitchen faucet before guests arrived and a replacement of a leaking 17 year old garbage disposal within 90 minutes of the time of my call on July 3! I also love the email reminders and electronic billing and receipts. It is rare to find such fantastic and conscientious customer service. I will no longer fear my next plumbing issue knowing that I can count on Mikes!

Kate took my information, Jeremy followed up with a call that same day and 2 days later Matt came out and did the work. (the job was not an emergency) All were very professional. We gave Mikes Plumbing a shot for a bid to replace our 12 year old water heater as well as to install a whole house filter and automatic water shut off. Mike - a 20-year experienced plumber provided us with detailed and helpful advice on the current state of technology as well as operating costs and advantages of different models. We decided for a Hybrid Water Heater, which reduced our electricity usage (same amount of water, same water temp) from 5,050kwH annually to about 960kwH - amazing - and while heating our water, it cools and dries our home, hence decreasing our A/C bill at the same time. Mike (not related to the owner) was punctual and very diligent with the work, which included electronic components, such as the Moen Auto Water sense and the Hybrid Heater with a Wifi connected smart interface. We can recommend Mikes plumbing to anyone - jobs large or small and will call on them again in the future.

We have now used Mikes Plumbing for a number of jobs around the house. They have re-seated a toilet, replaced a different toilet, fixed leaking shower fixtures and run a new refrigerator line through our attic.EVERY time we have used them they have arrived on time within the scheduled window, been friendly and professional, and have gotten right down to business. When they are done things are cleaned up as if they had never been there. The driver of this company almost ran over a pedestrian this morning. They need to learn how to drive. This is why are children are getting hit at bus stops. You need to pay attention at crosswalks and slow down. Not cool!!!!

Upsell, upsell, upsell ! We called to have out toilet fixed so it would refill more quickly after flushing. We got nothing but UPSELL. First, let’s test your chlorine and water pressure. Hmmm .. . . not good but we can fix that! Then, we needed to review our service “options” to fix a toilet including a $350 annual service plan !!! I had to insist the “salesman” leave immediately. These people are not here to fix your problem. Only UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL!! AVOID !!!

They just did an out standing job. Professional, fast and reasonable. Replaced the bad faucet, replaced the filters on the RO system, cleaned up and answered all questions . Nice work.
