Dale and his team did an amazing job trimming the trees on my lot. More importantly, they finished cleared the old debris and trees which had been piled up since Irma. They then leveled my back yard and did an really nice job with drainage. They were always pleasant, responsive and safe. On top of doing a great job, they were also very reasonably priced!

I could not ask for a better service! I had 4 very dry and tall trees that needed to be cut down and removed. Two of them were between the road and my fence. Other companies would not undertake the removal due to concerns for the safety and a possible damage to my fence. A Plus Tree Service did not only take on the job but was very professional with a proper equipment and very much safety in mind. The job was completed in timely manner with proper clean up at the end. I would not go with anyone else. They are professional, on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

I order palm tree trimming from A Plus Tree Service and customer service was good. They called me later to confirm they will be in my place 7am next morning. I got message 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive they will give me later new estimate time of arrival...probably afternoon. I tried to call them but nobody would answers my calls! Only after i messaged them I will send pure review about their bad service I got very long message I am not allowed to leave any reviews without receiving service from them etc... I took morning off from work and I believe its not very professional treat customers like this. I cant afford to take all day off and wait for service I schedule date and time. Wont recommended them! Very same day I found another company Johnsons Tree Service and I couldnt be happier. They arrived on time and they charged me much less then A Plus tree asked for as well. Johnsons was $50 per palm trim, A plus tree service which never arrived was $69 per palm trim.

Very knowledgeable about bugs killing Pine trees lately and showed how to identify infected trees. They were quick in cutting out about 20 trees on an acreage. They easily cut down one tree leaning over a small quest house. They cleaned up the trash nicely. They were perfect in my book. Even offered to pick up some logs we cut ourselves but the county deemed too large for their pickup along the road, as a bonus. Nice.

I recently had a canopy lift of approximately 5 or so trees in my small backyard near Port Royal in Naples Fl. A Plus Tree Service Naples crew is the best tree service in Naples absolutely impressed in and out with no evidence they had even been there. I was away from the house when the work was done and I wouldnt have known theyd been there if it hadnt been for the fact that the low-hanging limbs were gone. A-Plus Tree Service is an excellent company that I would highly recommend to anybody whos in need of having tree work done on their property in the Naples area. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted done in the yard as far as trimming up our oak trees and palm trees, and assistance in re-standing some smaller palms that weve had trouble stabilizing since hurricane Irma. Not only did A-Plus take care of our requested scope, they offered to trim many more palms big & small while on the property, as well as prune/shave/trim our gigantic Bougainvillea at the side of the house. They also offered to clear out Brazilian Peppers around the property as part of the deal, as we have an open building permit with Collier County and this is one of their listed inspections to pass. We live in the Golden Gate Estates area on a 2.3 acre lot, to give an idea of size of the property they worked on. I cant say enough about their customer service & timeliness in regards to being prompt, notifying you about progress and issues, and willingness to please. Thumbs up all the way around for these guys.All in all, they helped re-stand two Bismarck Palms which were leaning after Irma, they trimmed/cleaned up the canopies of 6 or 7 oak trees including a large prominent one in our front yard, they trimmed several decorative plants and palms including three groups of Pygmy Date Palms and a massive Bougainvillea at the side of our house, they neatly trimmed up many mature/tall Sable Palms all around the front yard and back, and removed around 7 Brazilian Peppers of varying sizes from around the property.

First time doing business these men are true professionals. Certified Arborists with a crew that is very particular in all aspects of the work done. I highly recommend Dale he approved a price match to time maples and remove pines saving us at least $390 compared to previous quotes.

They cleared out a fairly sizeable stump we had left from Irma. The ground was left smooth and level and, despite the very wet ground due to rain, there were no ruts left in the yard from equipment. Very quick and professional!

A Plus was a pleasure to work with you on our tree removal project. Communication was top notch starting with dispatch, Dale the director of operation, and ending with the crew who worked on site led by crew leader Mike. Our project was to remove 14 larges trees from our 1/2 acre property, which caused quite the commotion with our neighbors. The crew on site were friendly to our residents and they finished their job on time.
