I am not an official paying customer of ER Pools, but was looking for advice through the internet and reached out to Eddie and he quickly responded with answers to questions I was having about color and finishes. Even though I was not a paying customer, his customer service was generous and informative. I have to agree with all the 5 Star reviews throughout the internet and if I was located within his servicing territory, I would not have hesitated to hire him and his stellar employees. Throughout my pool build I could reach him anytime to answer questions as a second opinion which were always reassuring. If this is how he treats non-paying customers, I can only imagine the service and quality you can expect from Eddie and ER Pools. Thank You Eddie!

This company had one of their service men parked in the middle of the street blocking access for an ambulance I suggest you never hire these inconsiderate individuals.
