I just googled this place after go to another where just the face of the business was the reason I left , I went with my son who’s a toddler and makes everything a challenge and they were patient and caring , I was showed the merchandise and everything was explained in a way were no tricks whatsoever I bought 6 items and got my necklace repaired …and let me tell you everything on a nice price gold it’s expensive and a luxury so wherever you you’ll have to pay but good prices and the right treatment says it all . The owner should not be in business! He is like a child, when I asked why he didnt return our calls for days, he said I didnt respect him. So he spent 5 minutes destroying the ring I left him and gave it to my wife in a bag of parts. He is the one who doesnt have respect for others.Beware of doing any business with this guy!!

This place promises and doesnt deliver. You call leave messages and get no response. Went to the store it isnt done he is too busy to return calls. Customer service is lacking. I would not do business with them. I left my item with you on March 3rd not two weeks ago. That is 21 days ago, and all you needed to do was call us back and state you needed more time. You NEVER called us back. We are new customers we didnt know you at all a little customer service would have appreciated. YOU SIR ARE THE ONE WHO LIES. I came in asking not yelling. When my item wasnt done I asked if it had been started because I would just take it back. I didnt threatening you I told you that I would post my displeasure on social media, as you have a sign asking for a review on Google.Well he called to tell me my item was done. I went in To pick it up. In three weeks (since 3/3) he had done nothing but ruin my ring. He took the stones out and handed me back the ring minus stones and stones were in a bag. He said I gave him a unfavorable review so he wouldnt work on it. He ruined the ring. I immediately went to another business and he told me all the prongs had been brokenVERY UNPROFESSIONAL work ruined the ringIF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEM PLEASEDO NOT TAKE IT HERE, THIS RING WAS THE ONLY THINGI HAD FROM MY SISTER WHEN SHE DIED. NOW IT IS ALL BROKEN.

What a find!! I had some repairs to be made -a necklace chain and an earring clasp. The owner takes his time with you and explains the various options of repair. He is a problem solver! You can tell he takes pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable. He also does custom work. I have some precious stones in a ring that I’d like reset in a necklace so I’ll be back!

No need to look any further. This is the BEST jewelry repair place that I have ever come across. I brought my wifes wedding ring in for repair. I had been turned away by some big box stores due to liability. Reyvis was more than helpful and willing to make the repair needed. His honesty was such a warm welcome. His cost was about 1/3 of what the big boxes would have charged me if they would have done the work. The rings looks brand new and as beautiful as it did the day it was purchased over 30 years ago. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I was very nervous getting my new ring sized and leaving my diamond with just anyone. I wanted someone who would do the work in front of me in fear of the diamond being switched. I looked into several places until I saw Naples Jewelry & Repair. Rey is a true artist and puts love into his work. He is very detailed and a perfectionist. He was also able to restore my old wedding bands that were stuck together and make them 3 separate rings again to save for my little girls. I am beyond grateful for his expertise and would recommend him to anyone. Please don’t be fooled by the location! Every time I was there, there were tons of people coming in and out raving how good he is. I will never go to anyone else for my repairs. I also saw some of his custom work and I cannot wait to have him design something for my anniversary next year.

When I saw how the ring I dropped off looked so cleaned and polished, I asked to have my wedding bands that I was wearing to be cleaned as well. He did it for free. I got it resized and realized after I left I should have went about a half size lower, called them up and was told it was no problem and to come back and he would work on it again for me and it came out perfect. I highly recommend Naples Jewelry Repair! My wife broke the crystal on her Rolex and I wanted to find somewhere to get it repaired. I checked on line and there were some places where I could ship the watch off to (NY, etc.) I did not feel comfortable doing that and wasnt sure when Id get it back, cost, quality of repair and even concerns Id get my watch back.The online reviews were all great for this shop, so I decided to give them a call and sure enough, they said they could handle this with no problem. By far the best jewelry experience in Naples. Amazing repairs. I mean AMAZING. Took my old jewelry and made it look like new, I know many places offer rhodium for that “new look” but when you see the quality of rhodium that the jeweler/ Owner Reyvis uses. You will see a HUGE difference.For example, I have taken my rings necklaces and bracelets to multiple, extremely high end stores down 5th ave, thinking that they would do a better job just because they sold the more expensive over-priced merchandise. But the jeweler is what really matters in a jewelry store.Reyvis took his time on all my jewelry and they come out looking like brand new. I even showed him a ring I had rhodium plated a week ago from a ‘certain high end store on 5th ave’ and he told me, that he has better quality rhodium and it would put theirs which is ONE week old to shame. I trusted him. I took the chance and let him re-do my just polished ring. WOW the difference In qualities of rhodium make a huge difference. He made my ring that I just got done last week have an absolute MIRROR finish I never thought could even be possible. I have gotten so many compliments on my rings now which all look like the came out of the new jewelry showcase.Never again will I repair my jewelry at high-end places judging by looks or what they sell. OMG Reyvis (the owner/jeweler) is the BEST. I have been going to him for years and he NEEDS to be more well known.
