I had a delicate ring that I liked to wear daily. After some time the band split and it was uncomfortable to wear. I took it to Carlos and he repaired it and now I think it is better than it was brand new. Carlos is easy to talk with, his workmanship is excellent and his charges are very reasonable. In the future we will be taking any jewelry (rings, watches, necklace, ear rings) to Carlos if they need repair.

Today I found a personal jeweler! I had received a cross for a chain I wear and the bale on the new cross was too small and would not fit on the chain. Carlos at Gio jewelry of Naples was able to add gold to the bale so that the cross now fits on the chain and moves along the chain easily. His workmanship is excellent and his price was very reasonable. It was so nice being able to talk to the person who was going to actually do the work rather than a salesperson who would just pass information to the workshop. We live in Cincinnati and winter in Estero. If we need any jewelry work or repair we will wait and bring it to Carlos.

I have had Carlos working on my pieces for over 10 years and followed him here to his own business. He is the ONLY person I trust for repairs. He is constantly sizing and resizing my rings for my changing arthritic knuckles. Recently, I asked him to create a name plate gold necklace for a friend with a 2 day time frame!!!! Not only did he meet the deadline, but the piece was so beautiful. He hand made the piece and it was so beautiful that I had him make one for myself.Carlos is a very caring business owner and takes great pride in his work as he should. His prices are very competitive and well worth every penny. I drive over 30 minutes out of season to get here. It may be a little hectic to park at this location, but trust me its worth it.

Gio jewelers has the beat prices around for new and estate jewelry. However, the greatest part of gio jewelers is that the owner Carlos is an outstanding jeweler and craftsman. I have a very old diamond bracelet that I thought I would have to trade in, Carlos took this bracelet and with his talent made it like new. I am so grateful for his talent. I have finally found a place to take my jewelry for sizing and repairs. I’ve lived in Naples all my life, and have had a very hard time finding a jeweler who is talented, knowledgeable, and the prices are extremely affordable!! Gio Jewelry of Naples has resized a couple rings, cleaned rings that I thought were hopeless, and fixed some broken bracelets. I will be using Gio for all my future jewelry needs. My wife and I were visiting Tin City with the sole purpose of taking the sunset cruise. Since we had extra time, we decided to browse some of the shops and stumbled upon Gio Jewelry of Naples. Carlos was busy working on a customers piece of jewelry, but stopped and asked if we needed any help. He showed me a beautiful 18K white gold mans wedding band that fit perfectly. My wife and I had lost our wedding bands of 31 years, and were looking for replacements. Carlos quickly found another band for my wife, offered to insert 3 diamonds in each band, and promised to have them completed when we returned from our sunset cruise. His price was fair, his craftsmanship superb and customer service extraordinary. My wife and I couldnt be more pleased with our purchase. We highly recommend Carlos for all of your jewelry needs. If you need any jewelry repair, Carlos is not only a master jeweler, he is nice and he goes above and beyond expectations! Outstanding jeweler! Went to tin city with some friends after getting off of the water taxi there. Just a few days before, I lost a ring that was very special to me. As we were walking through Tin City, I noticed a jewelry store called Gio’s. We went in and met Gio. I explained to him that I lost my ring and I asked him if he could make a custom ring. My partner had the same ring on. He looked at it and said that he could make it for me. He did and it was exact replica!!! He did an awesome job for more than a fair price!! He is not only a talented jeweler, but has amazing customer service skills! I would give him a 10 if I could!

We met Carlos today after calling to ask if he could resize an engagement ring while we waited. His answer was yes...we brought with us all the work we needed. Paid a deposit to cover todays repair and will pick up the balance in a week when it was convenient for us. He is very personable, professional and has been working in the fine metal business since at the age of 18. He is now our go to Jeweler.

Gio Jewelry of Naples is the best jewelry store in the city. They did repair work for me that was of excellent quality and a fair price. I then took in two inexpensive charms I had collected in the Middle East and had Gio make new charms in gold. He did a beautiful job, and he takes pride in his work. I will never go anywhere else.

Just happened to walk by while visiting Napels and have been meaning to size my ring for awhile now. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonably Carlos pricing was. Gio’s customer service is outstanding. He was able to repair my engagement ring which was worn down to nothing and some of the prongs were broken that hold the diamond in. I had visited other jewelers previous to Gio’s and I was told my ring was beyond repair and I had to purchase a new setting. He did the repair on the spot while I waited which did not take long. Also you’re able to watch the repair being done while you wait. I left there with a ring that looked like it did when I first got it. I went to Gios to repair my broken gold neck chain.The price Gio quoted me was fair as he made the repair he showed me several other places the the chain was about to break. He fixed all the weak areas as we carried a pleasant conversation .AFter he cleaned my chain he asked if I wanted my charm also cleaned I said yes and also gave him my wedding band after he made them look like new he only asked for the quoted amount .I gave him alittle more because he deserved it.Geo is a jeweler with integrity.
