Really agressive scare tactics for selling. Unqualified sales guy, not an Engineer does all the talking. Pricing was 3 to 4 times price for a real engineer to do a reasonable job. Be warned

Do NOT hire these people unless you want to pay THOUSANDS for phone calls! They bill you EVERY TIME they answer a call, text or email. Also, the price will be TRIPLE the proposal. Speaking from experience. I am also including the invoices so every one knows I am not lying, see for yourself how they charge. unbelievable! Charging for drive time also. The proposal said no more than $5,800 and so far my building has been charge $11,700.
