I have lived in a condo building in Fort Myers for 7 years and nothing but trouble with the elevators...I have lived in a condo building in Chicago for 17years. It was a 50 story building with 600 units and never had the level of inconvenience that I experience with Kone Elevators.They need to hire experienced people, and they need to understand the inconvenience the residentsexperience. Kone Elevators needs to have ample inventory for same day repair.

The condo I live in has a contract with them and in my opinion its a piece of paper that guarantees poor service at a cost equal to the price of a new car each time they show up !
