Kevin is awesome! He really listened to what we wanted and made it come to reality. I love the 3D version he did for us as I was able to show friends and family who don’t live near us our final set of plans for our new house. He is on time and reasonably priced too. I definitely recommend him!!

I hired kevin for a complex remodel in Miami. He helped us obtain the permits we needed with accurate drawings and suggestions. He was very prompt in getting us the information we needed for the city and worked with our structural engineer to get the project approved. I would use him again.

I have hired Kevin to revise a set of CAD files for a single-family home. I was horrified to see that the files I received back form him were missing numerous details (too many to list), had inaccurate dimensions and were in every way sloppy (even the design notes had contradictory statements with spelling errors). On the scale from 1 to 10 the level of attention to detail was 2. Yet I paid him in full rather foolishly (minus $500 that he waived since he did not send them to engineer for sealing). I cannot see how these plans (being in the sorry shape that they are) can be sealed by an engineer.
