Tucked into a small business strip at a busy intersection, it is easy to overlook, but after googling and talking to the owner/operator I took my phone and was very pleased with the quick service and prices. Will gladly recommend.

By far one of the nicest people I have ever met, very knowledgeable, and skilled. If you have a cracked screen this is the place to go. They price match and truly are looking for your best interest. Byron was the one who helped me, great guy!

I am complaining regarding the work performed on my adult sons Apple computer brought to IRepair. Upon dropping the computer off, (due to a cracked screen where his phone slipped and cracked the screen while on a pillow) the owner verified that the computer was working, the cost of repairs to replace the screen and the time the repair would be finished. After the due date past, my son called and was told the computer was ready. He pick up the computer, reviewed the screen and it was replaced. When he went to use the computer, it was not working. We called your company and explained the situation. You asked that we bring the computer back. After a couple weeks, the technician asked that we bring the original screen back. I then took the screen back, talked to the technician, who stated he would definitely get the computer working with the screen, that he could repair problem, (not that we created) and would be taking it home to work on it during the weekend. Now, 4 or 5 weeks later, my son called for an update and was told the old screen was put back on the computer and now has water damage. Never did this computer have water damage. No computer company would take a computer into its possession before checking to see if it works. Water Damage appears to be your excuse when you damage an item by looking at other reviews. Shame on you!

I called every phone repair place in Naples / Bonita Springs and this place has best prices by far! They fixed my phone so fast made whole experience of a broken screen so much easier. Glad I found this place and was so happy to cancel my appotiment at the Apple store and easily saved $150 and got a tempered glass protector as well.

I had my screen replaced a couple months ago. A few weeks ago the watch would not power up except once the screen came on and displayed a rainbow of various colors. I took it in for warranty repair and after having the watch for 6 days they said the screen was at fault and that the claim has been approved and that a new screen had been ordered and would be finished on Wednesday. I wasn’t in a hurry so on Saturday I called and was told it would be done later that day. On Sunday I was called and told my watch had water damage inside. I asked how that was possible because those watches are water proof and that I have been in the pool many time with no problems. He then tried to tell me no they aren’t and that they are just splash proof. I did some research and found out they are good up to 164ft of water. My pool being 5 feet and I’m not a diver how was water inside the watch other than the original repair not being sealed properly? The level of customer service is ridiculous to say the least. Don’t waste your time or money.

Loved Byron, helped me immensely when no one else seemed to have the technical answers. Was willing to do it for free, but I prefer to pay for good service. Ended up buying a phone and service from him, quite happy, will last me years. Even turned in my old phones for clear and recycle to him. Recommend Highly.

I had been putting off getting my battery changed on my Samsung Note 5. Its my business phone and I cant afford down time. I got a quote and went home. After looking at the reviews online I decided to take the chance. I want to thank Orlando for the excellent job he did. I was in and out of there in about 1 hour. Orlando made the job look easy. I will be bringing my wifes note 5 there soon. I guess there is a reason they have been in business for so many years at this location. Now I dont need to spend $1000 on a new Galaxy Note.

I have never, ever in my life dealt with someone as kind, honest, and genuine as the owner of this store. All of the employees here are very knowledgeable and honest. My iPhone X screen broke due to water damage and so I took it to iBreak, CPR Naples, and none of them had the low prices this place had. And on top of that, the *care* in which iRepair works on your phone is remarkable. I hope I never have phone problems again, omg are they expensive, but if I do, I will hands down take it here where I know it will be in good hands. These people can truly fix anything, and let me tell you, I tried to play Tim the toolman on this phone before bringing it here and it was a wreck. It didnt matter. He fixed it all to perfection. The worse experience of my life I took my laptop in to get the screen replaced in December. A couple weeks later I went back to check on it and the manager said that the part had not come in yet and to come back. I came back A MONTH later and the same result. I kept going back and he kept giving me the same bs excuse that the part hadnt come in or it was the wrong part. More than TWO MONTHS later I went back to see if my laptop had been fixed and he didnt give me an excuse this time and just gave me my money and laptop back. Laziest, most irresponsible Store I have ever been to and I will never EVER use their services again. Waiting TWO MONTHS for my laptop just to get it returned to me the same way I gave it to them was absolutely ridiculous.
