The guys mounted my TV and hid the wires, they did a great job, and set up the new TV settings as well as the sound bar for me too. They arrived on time, the job was quoted as 2 hours and it was, I highly recommend Gamma Tech!

My computer was hacked so I called Gamma Tech because I have used them before. Took my computer in the same day, they completely wiped it and then reinstalled and recovered my files. Recommended a new hard drive because the old one was out of date. Performance improved significantly. Got my computer back in timeframe quoted (less than a week).Good value and professional service.

Brian and Rob did a great job installing our video and security systems. They were both professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient with our many questions. While new at this stage, the quality of the components all appear to be exceptional, and Brian especially was very helpful in getting us setup for control from our mobile devices. Rob was especially helpful with getting our TV’s set up for streaming. All in all, a very good experience with Gamma Tech and I will definitely use them again for future installations.

I worked here since 2017. I was terminated recently during paternity leave only two weeks after my daughter was born for not being a good fit. In my experience, management are incompetent. Treated with disrespect by my superior at the time on multiple occasions. I never treated anyone badly and still received this poor treatment. Very bad experience.

We were remodeling and I was looking for an audio/tech company to assist with updating the tech in our home. My computer deleted several folders because I was on an old Outlook E-mail that was not well supported. The technician at Gamma Tech recovered many of the contents of the folders and set me up with a reliable e-mail that is supported and taught me how to take the recovered e-mails to the new E-mail folders I set up. Gamma Tech designed and installed our whole-house Audio-Visual system. This project included television, Sonos audio, and a Control 4 System, which also integrates remote control of lighting and hurricane shutters. Gamma Tech also provided set-up of our Wi-FI system and technical support for our computers and printers.We preferred a one-stop-shopping approach to all of these systems so that we would know whom to call for all the technological issues in the house. We also needed training on these systems, some of which were new to us.We involved Gamma Tech early in our building project so that the infrastructure and wiring needed to support these systems was planned and installed at the appropriate time in the building process.Not only did Gamma Tech install a good system; they also have been extremely responsive to us for three years since our move-in. Everyone from the owner, the technicians, the service manager, and the receptionists demonstrate terrific customer service. When problems arise, as they inevitably do with technical equipment, Gamma Tech is quick to appear at our door and make things right. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

My old projector died. The team came and did a quick review. It was right before the holidays. They were obviously booked up but recognized I wanted to have a system in place for visitors over the holidays. Within 24 hours, Brad gave me a quote.
