I had a question about bed bugs on furniture that was sold at a garage sale. Sierra and John were wonderful! They were professional, helpful andvery prompt. I would highly recommend this company!

BBD personal was very friendly. We had an inspection and consultation that was very helpful and explained their treatment options perfectly and helped us know how to prepare the house for the heat treatment.On the day of treatment thru came on time and and did an outstanding job getting rid of all the bed bugs incl eggs and any stage of development in one treatment!!Would recommend them to anyone!

UNPROFESSIONALI live in apartments and the people next to me had bed bugs NOT ME! so my landlord had the whole complex done by this company to get them out as they promote in there website!!Heat treatment was done the first time 2 weeks later we we’re getting bit 😱 so we went from none to getting bit 2 weeks after treatment!!They came after us telling them the issue and checked the apartment, said the heat obviously didn’t kill them the first time!!! So they did it agian 5 days later!When they came this time there Thermometer was not working to check the heat but went ahead and continued, saying it was fine!!NOWWWW there in my bedroom a week later after 2nd treatment all in my living room and kids bed!!! We are bit from head to toe and they refuse to help it’s been 6 days!!I have TONS OF PICTURES of us having bit marks every where and I’m 36 weeks pregnant can’t even get ready for the baby!!!I’m going to there place of business because there ignoring my calls!!! LETS SEE ILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED ON MY EXPERIENCE 4/2019!!UPDATE 5/09/19DO NOT GO TO Address on website because it’s incorrect.After going back and forth about my complaint for the day, (even after announcing my name and who I was, I could not believe into our back and forth conversation they thought I was a totally different customer towards the end)My landlord rehired them to retreat, although I did not recommend it but for what ever they discussed he went ahead and rehired.The guy who came to retreat the apartment was remarkable and really took care of my things and took down any thing extra he thought would have been ruined in the heat.As the first time treatment they threw everything every where. I HAVE PICS OF WHAT I HAD TO COME HOME TO AFTER THE FIRST TREATMENT my apartment was a disaster!any how I will let everyone know how this treatment went innext couple days hopefully no more bites!!!!

The inspection was thorough. Bed Bugs eradication was great too.
