Black Line IT is an amazing company to work with. When we made the choice to switch companies, we sat down with a handful of different companies and none of them felt quite right. Im not big on typical sales pitches so anyone that tries to sell to me that way usually doesnt stand out. We sat down with Jody and Renee from Black Line and they both stood out as people that loved their jobs and loved working with their customers. We immediately knew this was a company that we wanted to partner with.Weve been with them for about 9 months now and I can say that it was the right decision. Their ticket system works great and gives all of our employees a way to immediately reach out to an IT team for any of their needs. I also have visibility of all tickets submitted with an email alert which is something that was important to me. Dung and Isaac are assigned to us and both of them are amazing to work with. They are both quick to respond to any of our needs and available to be onsite whenever needed. I also receive very detailed Account Summary reports from Dung on a monthly basis which goes over any changes, recommendations or problem areas that they see.

Brandon and Joe are always so attentive and helpful! My computer had many issues when I first started my position but they both worked with me through the whole process and now everything works great. If an issue ever does arise they are quick to assist and always very friendly.
