Brandon fixed my Mac, Security, Website, and home video set up. Initially my computer was with Apple for a few weeks and my problem was not fixed but stack was able to figure it out and set me up, plus some. Definitely a good go to IT option for my business. I got some personalized options that were out of the box and works really well for me.

I find out about potential issues that were detected after they has been resolved. We have been up and running consistently since Stack MSP has been working with us.

Wed been getting great, simple, and personable service from Stack MSP from the very beginning. But I was even more impressed when our internet went out. I didnt realize this was even something Stack MSP would get involved with. They didnt choose our internet provider. I assumed this was my problem to solve. But Brandon from Stack seemed to be personally offended that our internet was out! He took it upon himself to manage the entire process of getting a technician out and quarterbacked the whole process. Brandon has a thing about downtime. If Im not working because of technology issues, hes takes that personally and dives in to resolve it. Its great to be able to depend on Stack MSP and that they take my productivity so seriously.
