I thought the class was very good. It gave you a good over view of the book. A lot of information was covered in the 2 1/2 day on - line course. I would recommend people signing up for the class to get a copy of the book and read it thoroughly. Refer back to it when needed in your job. I also thought that the class work book working in 2 person groups was very good. It allowed good discussions on the topics covered in the book and also emphasized by the instructor Brad.

In the course of 2 years i have received training by BD Food Safety in the Naperville location, by webinar and in the current facility i work at. The instructors dont just give you papers to read they explain everything and provide layouts to assist every individuals job functions. I often find myself emailing with question on Food Safety or regulations that i dont understand and i get the same day response.

I worked with Bart in 2018/2019. He had his work cut out for him. We were a startup company not even in full production yet. We decided we needed to be BRC certified. I began the hunt for a consultant. After comparing and meeting with multiple consultants we chose Bart. Not only was his price nearly half the cost of other consultants but he promised to have us BRC certified in half the time the others guys offered. We started with nothing and were able to achieve and AA rating with BRC in under 7 months.I highly recommend Bart for training and consultation. He is honest, trustworthy and hardworking.
