Recently bought a used 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage from bronco motors. As far as car dealerships goes they are the typical dealership high markup on price but willing to negotiate. Once they have youre money (We paid cash) there communication becomes less. I bought my car on the weekend and only received one key but the salesman said there might be one with the service department. After the sale I had to call the next Monday to check if there was a spare key or not. Unfortunately there wasnt, Overall I am happy with the car and the purchasing experience. If I am ever to shop with any bronco motors again I will wait to purchase a car until everything can be verified Like keysOne thing to note tho is that there restrooms are very very clean and have complementary wipes and dippers in case youre kid needs changedUpdate:We received a phone call from the general manager. He is offering to get us a second key, which is completely unexpected and appreciated. We did buy this car during Christmas weekend which is a busy weekend for everyone.

Broncos motors Mitsubishi had always been great at getting my service work completed in a timely manner. Their shop is always clean and the waitt room is very comfortable.

Bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. It from a very early time was having issues with transmission. It gets hot, surges and sucks the gas. Barely am getting 20 on highway. Things are not getting resolved and we cant drive our new car like we want to. Say they have to get the ok to replace it from Mitsubishi but the computer wont throw a code so it can get done. Said have to drive until it gets worse. First complained in December and got blown off. They even have it documented that its a problem with other cars. But still wont replace it.

Even though I was waiting to pick someone up, I sat in a parking spot, near the entrance, for over an hour. A worker came out to smoke every 10-15 minutes, or so, and would stare at me. Never once attempting to see if I needed anything. If someone sits for that long with no communication its not very good customer service. Youll never know if I was needing help, lost or didnt want to come in where I saw no masks being used. This is a great place to get service, however during this pandemic I would think there would be some type of acknowledgement.

Bought my new car from Bob at Bronco Mitsubishi. He is extremely helpful. He always wanted to keep me in the loop during the process. Wanted me to be informed with my purchase, and gave me a heck of a deal on my car! No pressure sales, and a really nice dude! 10/10 would work with him again. (Keep in mind staff from other lots can sell USED cars from any Bronco Motor lot!!! Bob works at Mitsubishi and sold me my KIA from the Hyundai lot.)

They said my brakes were metal to metal. They werent. They said the battery was bad it isnt. I think they are trying to up sale when it isnt even needed. The brakes had 5 to 10 thousand miles on them and the battery was a year old. Not satisfied with trying to up sale. Makes me wonder about the honesty or is management trying to increase profits?
