My future home was inspected and a few issues were found. My inspector was great at flagging things that would have been major repair issues (mold in the attic, roof needing repairs) and came back after the repairs were done to verify it. He also was stung by bees trying to get to the air condition unit (the previous owner kept bees) and was willing to come back and re-check things that couldn’t be checked due to the homeowner. He was wonderful to work with and was flexible with the dates needed. I would use this company again because it was such a positive experience.

Jason and Sebastian were great. They were obviously very knowledgeable and were super helpful in sharing that knowledge with me. They even made sure I saw examples of what the builder did well, not just deficiencies. They also offered to come back by to take a look at everything when the punch list is taken care of by the builder. Im really happy with their service.

We used Boise Home Inspections for 2 pre-purchase home inspections. We met our home inspector, Ray Ash, for the first time when we were on site for home inspection #1. The Home inspector would not allow me to be present for home inspection. When I requested to witness the inspection, the inspector told me that it was for his safety, because I could make false accusations. He blatantly denied me my right as a paying customer, due to my gender. If he needed additional accommodations because of my gender, he should have made them ahead of time. The truth was this was bs and me not being present made his job easier. Additionally, “Mold like growth” was not reported in the post inspection discussion, it was only written in the report. The post inspection discussion the home was reported to be in good shape, which the written report showed otherwise. This led me to not be able to trust the home inspection at all. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
