They were assigned through my appliance warranty service. He arrived on time and was clean, quick, and polite. He told me what ws wrong, how they fixed it, and asked if I had any questions about anything. Very nice!

Ashton was very thorough in explaining the work he was doing. He fixed a loud rattling in the outside unit and went further,explaining what would have happened over time if that had not been repaired.I paid cash but did not get an invoice. He explained that on his end he can let main office know it was paid and that was reassuring, but having a paid /confirmation number or a bill paid slip of paper would be best.

They came and fixed a difficult wiring problem in an hour! They were willing to work around my schedule, and they scheduled the repair quickly, because the weather turned very cold and I had no heat! I had two previous techs come out and they were clueless as to the problem. Ended up being a simple wiring problem which took 15 minutes to connect and check to make sure the system was running properly. Andy and Ashton are now the hvac messiahs.

We had One Hour come out to check our son’s system out and they told him a new system was needed and tried to sell it to us right then, pressure sale. We said we needed to think about it. We called Air Professionals, they came the next day. They said a simple adjustment was needed along with a $45 part. When they were finished just charged for the part and his air conditioner is still working just fine, almost 2 yrs later! The most HONEST people in any business we have dealt with! When my son is ready for a new unit he is have Air Professionals do the job!

Had problems with my unit cooling. Air Professionals was quick to come out and diagnosis the problem. Kevin did a great job and also gave me some pointers on how to be more energy efficient. The repair went great and my unit is now cooling better than it ever has.

Just wanted to make sure everything is ready for cold weather! Frank checked over everything and taped up a couple of places on the duct work that had come loose. Everything is good to go! Great company!

Arrived at our second home to find a problem with our A/C unit. Placed a service call with Air Pros, they promptly responded and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new A/C unit. They sourced the new A/C and it was installed that day.I have used Air Pros before and they are very responsive.

Kevin is awesome and always willing to go the extra mile! We had an emergency on a weekend and rushed over right away to help which was awesome since we had a newborn at the time!

QUICK RESPONSE FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CALL

The house was on the market and we had a few things on the inspection we needed done immediately. Air professionals showed up the same day and had everything done the same day! They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I decided to call for a system maintenance of our central air system before the weather really heated up. Kevin came out and did a great job. I know that we will be comfortable all summer.

I recently had a problem with my air conditioner and with this really hot weather I needed someone fast. I called Air Professionals because they were listed on Myrtle Beach Home Services which is a site I trust. They arrived when scheduled and were able to fix the problem. The service guy was very polite and clean. I am glad it was something minor but should I need HVAC services again - they will definitely be the ones I call.

They are professionals. They have been servicing our unit for the past 4 years and its been operating great..its an old system and theyve been keeping it running and in great shape...always on time and very reasonable pricing...clean and presentable techs..

Came did backwards put r22 freon in my unit charged $130 lb when its only $70 a lb then went up in attic checked stated coils and all looked good . man lied never even opened the door of unit still sealed and then said they wanted keep good rep offered refund and all when they found out I went with another group for new ac they ran to deposit my check but I stopped paid tried sale me a cheap unit for $8000 sham company

We got home one day last week, went into the den to watch a Braves game, and the air conditioning in the back part of house wasnt working. It was over 90 degrees in the den, and needless to say, we didnt watch the game in there! I went outside, looked at the unit, and there was ice all over the hoses. ICE??? In August? I called Air Professionals, they came right over...de-iced the hoses, and added refrigerant, and checked all the filters. Bingo! Within about an hour, the room was starting to cool down again. Their service call was extremely reasonable and they didnt try to stick me with a big bill for things I didnt need - like a new unit! I highly recommend Air Professionals because of their quick response and their integrity.
