Im a computer tech myself (not for My Computer Bytes, but near them in Mustang) and I can tell you they know their stuff. Seems like they can do anything and everything. Even if they dont know the answer, they can figure it out or give you a good referral. Id recommend them for just about anything technology related

Done on time, as promised. Had a small snag when the wrong part was ordered, but they communicated the problem and even ate the difference as the correct part was more expensive. Not hoping for more computer issues but I know where Im going should they arise. Viva la local business!

My Computer Bytes is not your uncles computer repair shop, nor is it a nationwide chain owned by a corporate conglomerate. The team here actually has formal training, years of experience, and knows what they are talking about when it comes to your PC or your small business networkFriends dont let friends go to the Geek Squad or some high school kid for their computer issues... This company does some very good work and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them over any other IT company Ive dealt with.

*This review will be updated over time until this line is removed*On Tuesday September 4th,My mother and I brought in all of the puts to build a computer. The man behind the counter and I got to talking and I explained what I want and thanked them for having this building so lose to where I live. I looked at many other places and the websites or outdated, and just looked nonprofessional or sketchy.Sorry I forgot your name but he saw all of my parts I brought in and he instantly understood what I was going for and what I want to do with this PC. He let me know after looking at the motherboard that is may or may not work due to the processor socket looked damaged. I new that was possible because one I received it, the plastic cover over the socket was not on. He right there and then looked for a exact motherboard but there was none in stock. He got my permission to buy another one from the same brand, model series, and it had and met with all the requirements for all the parts.He said it will only take 3 days to ship and them to receive and get started building.*To be added soon*I am really excited and looking forward to my new machine around September 6th - 12th.So far I have experienced- Professionalism- People with Experience- Friendly People- And Tech lovers like me.

They took 2 weeks to fix my computer and its still slow and has several other problems
