I called asking for prices on lift chairs. Since all this COVID-19 I been having problems finding a lift chair for my husband. I called Wheelchair City and a nice lady by the name Helen informed me of all the different lift chair that would be available. She insisted I came in to see the devices. When I came in Helen and Angelica were very professional and helpful. I am very happy with the lift chair I bought for my husband. Nice quick and easy Thanks to Wheelchair City and there wonderful staff. Thank You

This is my second time using Wheelchair City to do the needed maintenance and repairs on my chair. I fell in love with this company for their wonderful and professional manner and prompt service. The other company I used was ok but, the batteries they carried were awful lasting only 2-3 months Maxx. It has been a year since they did my last maintenance and just 2 weeks ago I started having problems with my batteries. Wheelchair City you are awesome.

I went there to buy a new controller for my power chair. They said Medicare would pay for it. They picked up my chair and left me a loaner chair. I got it back 3 or 4 weeks later.3 months later I get a copy of the bills from Medicare where they changed them over$ 6,000 to repair my chair. They have also been charging $ 150 rental each month but I am not renting anything from them this is totally dishonest. Shame Shame

Had a Neurologist order a mobility chair for a handicapped friend who has serious speech and mobility issues and was referred to Wheelchair City.I spoke with Anjelica who was incredibly professional to begin the process. I called a few weeks later to be sure they had all they needed, I was told their Sales Rep Joe would call. Over the next 3 weeks I called to inquire as to the progress as I had not heard from anyone. AgainI was told that Joe would contact me. Another 2 weeks later I called and asked to speak with whomever was in charge; I was transferred to Marco, I explained the difficulty I was having acquiring any information. Marcos response was we are very busy, what do you want me to put you ahead of everyone else? I stated of course not I would just like any information at all: do you have the paperwork you need, how do we work with Medicares requirement that requires a Drs appointment window of 3 months. Has the process even begun? MARCO the MANAGER said he understood and that he would personally look into it and get back to me.I called today, it has been 4 weeks and I have not heard from him; I was told that he transferred the referral to another company.Needless to say I will be contacting Medicare to file a complaint and will be inquiring as to any Handicapped person Advocates to see what if any action can be taken.UPDATE 11/3Reported to Medicare today. Medicare contacted Marco who informed the Medicare reo that on 10/2 he faxed all of Erik information to another company (without our knowledge or consent) as nd then proceeded to shred the file. This information is noted at Medicare so if others have similar issues I recommend contacting Medicare.

Horrible staff and management. Staff and management is rude and disrespectful, the dont listen and always try to rush you off the phone without listening to the actual problem. Then when you escalate your voice they want to say that you are being rude to staff. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone until their staff and management goes through some sort of customer service and communication training.

They refuse to warranty their work and the batteries they sold us. The batterries are less than a year old and sulphated. They smile as they take your money and laugh at you all the way to the bank as soon as you leave. Do not trust this business.
