The company was called out to give me estimates on toilet repair for 3 bathrooms in my house. Both Jesse and Nick were early, very thorough and professional. I was not able to move forward today , but when I am able to I will request them to do the work. Five stars for sure!

Nicole arrived to crawl under the house and find the leak…she was professional and personable. She gave me an estimate for cost of repairing the drainage leak. Hector came out to my house because I had a wash cloth go down my toilet. There was no clog and he was honest about that! Hector still took the time to make sure all my houses plumbing needs were up to date and spent time to talk to me about my water heater situation. My water heater is original to the home and was installed in 2007. Hector gave me a price quote and went into detail about what Rotor Rooter’s warranty covered. Overall I was pleased with the experience and service I received today. I would highly recommend Roger Rooter to my friends and family.

Quite frankly my experience with the Roto Rooter Technician Alex was how we all wished it goes when we have a problem.Not only was Alex , on time, polite, and empathetic , but guys like this define professionalism. I’m in Defense contractors and work with a lot of people in positions similar to that of Alex. Promote this kid before I hire him! Haha all jokes aside. Thank you. I was thoroughly disappointed in the FIRST technicians ability to fully diagnose the problem. An outrageous quote of $675 was given to replace an angle stop and supply line to a toilet. In addition it was stated that he had to cut the drywall to access the piping. I reluctantly agreed and scheduled the service which was to be completed the following day. I did however inform them that I would continue to look for service that was more reasonably priced in the meantime. About an hour later I was called back and was informed that another technician was available and could complete my service today. A SECOND technician showed up, removed the angle stop, went to the store, purchased a new angle stop and supply line, came back and had the repair fixed in less than 10 minutes. The second technician informed me that the original quote was wrong, and this type of service could have been completed right away, and for around $225. He was able to reduce the price from $675 to $575, but as a technician he was unable to reduce anymore and stated I “should” call Roto Rooter to file a complaint and request a refund. To summarize, the first technician was complete garbage and horrible! The second technician was awesome!

My experience with Roto-Rooter was outstanding!! They responded to my emergency within an hour and on a Sunday. Our Technician Jonathan M. Was VERY thorough, knowledgeable and offered us different options, with upfront costs of each, to resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend this team and if I have any other non-emergency plumbing needs, they will be first on my list!!

Joe P. came out today for a clogged kitchen sink and he was awesome even when something flew out at him that we didnt know what it was. Lol.. While he was here I asked about a few other drain issues we had and he was more then happy see what he could do. We just purchased the house last month so alot of unknowns. He started near the pool and the jigsaw puzzle began, after going 75 ft. he found where it was blocked, so he started from the other end. It was over 100° today and he was moving dirt and rocks and everything in the way on the lower property to find it.. HE FOUND IT.. IT was 18 ft of tree roots in the pipes.I thought it would never end.. Just amazing and all with a smile and a laugh. Heck he is here so lets see the front yard...This was only 2 drains..we thought.. Joe ended up finding 3 other drains that were buried in sand and it took forever to get them all clear, we now have clear running water in all of the drainage on the property.I am still in awe of all the work that was done by Joe today and in the horrible heat and so very professional and explained everything along the way.I could not have asked for a better Plumber.. An amazing work ethic..

They were able to come out quickly and replace our two outdoor spigots that were leaking. Service was done efficiently and with excellent quality work. Both tested great and happy that there is a one-year warranty as well.

They didnt even try to fix the problem told us they couldnt do it and then left. So I left work early to do what they couldnt and got it done, saved 300 dollars I guess its better to do it yourself...

They were very kind and respectful and listen to what your needs are then got to the problem. They ran a camera to find my back up plumbing issues and found it in one try. Hired several other companies that always just unclogged it but never got to the problem the clog will come back within 3 months, live here for almost three years and no other company found it. Even paid another company to run camera said there was leaks and that wasnt it. So I recommend you get what you pay for Roto-Rooter seems to be the only company that found the problem. The technician that fixed my shower was great and knowledgeable . However, the restoration guy came in introduced himself and then left. I asked numerous times for the plumber to contact him so I could get a quote for my ceiling to be fixed. The guy never came back or called. So now I have a hole in my ceiling and have to call someone else to fix it. This was very unprofessional and if you are offering a service then you should follow through with the whole job. No one even called to see how the job went. Wont br using them again.

Had a drain blockage so we called roto rooter. Charles came out to assess the issue. We couldn’t find the main drain but he said he could still try to get the blockage through one of the other drain holes. He tried 2 different drain holes but couldn’t get it cleared and my husband and I were rapidly searching for the main drain with no luck. Charles exhausted all his resources and since we had no other solutions he left. Not long after he had left we found our main drain buried in our flower bed I called roto rooter to see if we could get Charles back out to our house and they dispatched him he came with no hesitation and was completely helpful and cleared the blockage from the main drain no problem. We really appreciated him coming back out to help us and take care of the issue. Thanks to Charles we will be able to rest at ease knowing we no longer have a drainage issue thanks to Charles exceptional service.

I spoke with them and within 2 hours someone was dispatched to my home. Hector was very honest and pointed out our mistake in trying to install our gas dryer. We are not handy at all. Problem was resolved in seconds. I will be using them from now on for any plumbing/repair.

The technician was great. Her name was Nicole. The dispatch got the time wrong and she actually came an hour before I was able to get home. She understood and came back when I got home. She worked on the toilet for about 20 minutes and then looked around the condo and found that the problem was the clean out that was affecting the whole building of about 8 condos. Unfortunately she didn’t have the tools needed to fix that problem. She let us know that roto-rooter would be out once we got in touch with the HOA since this was now a building problem. This was my first experience with roto-rooter and I would use again and recommend.

They were on time and came out the same day I called. Joe and Fidel replaced the old cast iron main drain clean out which had been buried and not accessible. Brian also gave me some hints about an outside floor drain issue that was unrelated to the main drain. All personnel were professional and observed social distancing. Highly recommend and will use again.

Kitchen sink was backing up. Other contractor suggested s much bigger job at a much larger price. We went another way by calling RR and the problem was solved, saving us a lot of money.

Well that’s just IT.. I TOLD the dispatcher I had an electric water heater, and what I THOUGHT the problem was (no power). But she still sent the guy! So HE didn’t DO anything; which wasn’t his fault! His DISPATCHER was the one whom wasted BOTH our time. He was a nice guy.He gets 5 *’s.. but his dispatcher needs to LISTEN.. the tech told me, bc it’s ELECTRICAL, he can’t fix it. But that’s EXACTLY what I told his dispatcher!!

Technician Oscar was very helpful he was able to resolved our problem, both of the restrooms were clogged. He explained everythig he was going to do. I highly recommend this company i was very pleased, great service and same day service problem was fixed.

Field work and staff were wonderful, they get 100%. Office staff, were very unresponsive and were not interested in service to the customer at all. Every email I got were from an automatic system sent from a no reply address so I could not reply with my questions and concerns. Even the Regional manager was unhelpful and acted like he could care less about my questions, conserns and suggestions. He gets an F.

Very poor service, $250 to run stake through line, was instructed putting toilet back on was not part of price. Claim the value was cracked so it needed to be replaced. Asked was it something I could do my self. Made it sound very complicated, said it was an hour job. Cost is $275, said he had to shut water off out side. Took 2 minutes to go shut off, went to truck for shut off value. First one didnt work, went back and found another. Took 1 minute to screw on. Went out side turned water on, and ran water down drain to see if it drained. Took all of 9 to 10 minutes and charged me $275. Clean the sludge of the floor with a towel and lett. I have to install both toilets back on my self. Told me it was extra to put toilet back on. $525 to run a snake, check outside drains, and shut water off twice, and screw a $5 to $6 value on for a minute. The toilet was removed by me but it was still $250 to run a snake and no toilet installation included.

I could not find anyone else to come out on a Saturday evening to address a leak. I was told the latest someone could help me would 9 pm and I called around 4 pm on a Saturday . The plumber was great.....ten out of ten!!!But their office is another matter. No receipt from the office as of yet...call was completed on Monday and it is now Saturday. I repair appliances and we send receipts out the same day....so that the customer has a receipt for the work right away. Their office -10 out of 10. That is 20 points to the bad...

Oscar tried his very best to unclog be my drain. Sadly, it was impossible to get the snake to go through the pipe. Brian came with the be camera to take a look at pipes. Again, the camera couldnt get through. My pipes have a bend in it. It makes it near impossible to use a snake. Brian took the time to explain how to fix it. I really have a good feeling about Roto-Rooter. Everyone treated me with respect. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Very expensive compared to other services. Simple drain clearing was $380 for two sinks. Tried to sell me over $3000 of pipe cleaning. Find a local contractor for a better deal and recommend them if they deserve it. I do not recommend this company.

Our upstairs toilet clogged that caused water damage to our ceiling downstairs. We had water dripping through the ceiling and air vent. We called Roto-Rooter at 7:30pm and had great communication with Brandi as to what time we could expect a technician. Garrett was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very professional and respectful of our home. He was able to clear the clog fairly quickly so we were able to minimize the amount of damage. Very thankful that they were there and available to help us despite being later at night.

I would give no stars if possible. I called for a free estimate, in order to get the free estimate I had to pay $750 and an undisclosed amount of that $750 will go towards my repair. When I asked how much will go towards the repair the guy said it was up to management. Needless to say, I had no estimate and a waste of time. I dont fault the repair guy hes just doing his job, rather I fault the company. When I placed the call I already had an idea of what was wrong, at that moment they should of said they would need this particular test and the cost. Instead they wasted all of our time, I had someone who didnt even need to come over, in my home. Even though he wore a mask that is unnecessary contact and exposure to COVID for their worker, myself, and my family.

He was more interested in selling me an overpriced water heater than helping me and my family restore the hot water. He was a salesman in technicians cloths. He even told me I can replace the thermo-coupler but I make no guaranties, it probably will go out again in a couple of weeks... He should have never said that, I then asked him You dont warranty your own work? To which he quickly replied We will the part, not the labor. - Im sorry, but that is hoekee finokee. I ended up going with All Plumbing & Air, they got the job done, hot water back on in less than 2 days. And because I trust them, if I end up needing a HWH in the future, it wont be from Roto-Rooter.

The installer was great and professional, but I think the price was kinda high for just a replacement of a kitchen faucet.

I had to reschedule my appt appointment since Sunday was super busy for Roto- Rooter .. confirmed for a tech to come out Monday and they came within a couple of hours .Andrew was amazing and patient with helping my family fix the clog I had in the bathroom sink ans kitchen sinkIt did take alittle longer since we had to replace the facuet. The price..high but worth it ... Which needed to be done !My little guy was done with school and while he was finished with his online schooling my son was talking to Andrew lol like hey look at my game.. lol Andrew was nice enough to be engaged with conversation 🤣 while Andrew was fixing our kitchen sinkTotally cool and respectful 😎. They offered a free estimate which was done very professionally. I may still use the service, the representative adviced me to check with an air conditioning company since no clear plumbing issues were found but seemed to be more of a leak coming from the air conditioner.
