Garrett at this location was a huge help! Saved me from buying a new phone with a simple sim card swap. Other Verizon stores in the area couldnt figure it out, but Garrett did! Ask for Garrett!

I went by myself to open my first account after getting off my parents phone bill and John was beyond helpful. I recommend anyone who needs help to go to this Verizon store for help. He goes over and beyond to help you by finding the best deals and plan for you. He is happy to answer any questions you have so don’t be afraid to ask!

I would like to let you know, how much help, I have received from the Murrieta Hot Springs Verizon store. The current team has been fabulous with customer service .My family and I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. John the store manager has been a great leader to the team! Garrett has been the main employee that has assisted me in the last two weeks. Garrett has broken all the steps down, with the technology, to where I can understand my phone and the technology, which is like a new language to me. Cody is awesome also! He has helped me in with in the last week. I played sports and am a nurse and totally understand teamwork. You have the best team in the store right now. This place is a total scam. Demarcus charged me for $60 worth of accessories that I did not ask for. Then when I tried returning it he said its company policy to sell 4 accessories and I cant return accessories. I would have to return my phone along with the accessories.

Whenever I go in to a Verizon Store they make everything easy. They also always look to see if they can lower my bill. Very knowledgable, well trained staff, make transactions simple. I wish more companies had the management and were as polite and courteous as Verizon’s people. Very well organized company, well trained and courteous staff at this store.

Dont waste paying $40 on the Liquid Glass here. You can get it for $15 on Amazon with free shipping. Since this is an Verison Authorized Dealer, there are added fees that you wont pay for at a Corporate Verizon location.

I needed a new phone for my 83 year old father. Brandon was amazing......the extra mile he went for setting up the new phone was incredible.....you would have thought we were spending a lot of money. Quite the contrary....less than $40. I also appreciated him not attempting to sell to me. It was by far the best experience in a cell phone carrier store I have ever had. Being 60 yo myself I have lots of experience in that area. I would definitely recommend using this retailer!!

This location is the best Verizon store in the area. The corporate stores are a nightmare with reps that look like they hate their lives and literally roll their eyes when asked questions.Troy has been one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. My family is picky and pretty difficult to deal with. Troy is a saint, with infinite patience and has helped us greatly. He, Josh and Trinity were a blast to interact with during my most recent visit.My only criticism? These reps deserve some chairs for their poor backs from carrying the entire company.

You know great service is hard to come by these days. Both Verizon stores on Winchester, Ill be blunt they suck ass. Finally found a store that the guys actually help and break things down for. I highly recommend going to this store and talk to Troy or Mark great down to earth guys that will help you out with ever you need.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I delt with one man child named Trinity. Had the worst attitude and the worst hygiene. Not to mention trying to rip me off. Walked in this store around 1:00pm, didn’t even leave until almost 7:00pm. It was the most horrific experience I have ever run in to! I would not suggest dealing with this specific Verizon store, let alone dealing with the scam artist Trinity! I would be so ashamed having him represent my store.

I went in store expecting to be ripped off but instead I was given quailty customer service from the manager himself named Omar. The dude provided excellent customer service, he was well knowledgeable, and very genuine about helping me out. Youre awesome man.

I was in need of a new I phone and I didnt know which carrier to go with. I went to T-mobile and they gave me the run around and told me because of some phone number or area code issue I went into Verizon and they fixed the problem on the spot. The employee that helped me was Ashley she was so friendly and really had a lot of product knowledge. I am not very tech savvy so she helped me set up my new i phone and make sure I had all my contacts and photos from my old phone! She helped me put on a screen protector, set me up with a durable case and a car charger. By far the best service I have ever gotten from a phone company. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking great phone service.
